Economy could prove decisive factor in election, Sarah Bedford argues

According to Sarah Bedford, a dangerous business might play a key role in the November presidential vote.

According to Cavuto, who made the examination that the present market volatility could lead to a repeat of the economic crisis of 2008. In an interview with Neil Cavuto, Bedford agreed with Cavuto. Vice President Kamala Harris might find this condition to be extremely challenging.

” The last couple of months have seen a lot of confusion in the contest, from things that have no bearing on Joe Biden’s period, or the fact that Donald Trump has a brand-new opposition,” she said.” The fundamentals of the competition are also centered around the market, around voters ‘ concerns about inflation and the affordability of their lives,” she said. ” That’s hard for Kamala Harris, correct”?

According to Bedford, the Harris wedding phase is unlikely to continue, and based on policy concerns, the race may soon revert to one.

This is still a competition because voters are mostly unsatisfied with the former administration once the excitement of her fresh candidacy starts to fade, she said. ” It’s a change election because she’s the vice president, she does n’t represent change any way on the number one issue for voters, which is still the economy”.

Harris’s method since launching her campaign last year has generally been to focus on hot-button Democratic problems, such as pregnancy, LGBT rights, Project 2025, and former President Donald Trump’s reported threats to democracy. If voters do n’t start to put their economic concerns at the forefront, Bedford claimed, this could backfire.

” And you know, we do n’t hear Kamala Harris speaking directly to voters fears about inflation”, she said. She wants Donald Trump’s election as a primary opinion. And the problem with that, for her, is that voters largely have positive memories of the economy under Donald Trump, again, their No. 1 issue that they’re voting on. Things were overall just better — quality of life, better, under the Trump administration. So if the focus is on Trump’s fitness for office, that’s not necessarily a good thing for Democrats”.

After being concerned about President Joe Biden’s decline, Harris has seen a decline in the polls for the Democratic Party. Polls show that the two parties are almost evenly split after the president’s exit and Harris ‘ election as the Democratic nominee.
