ActBlue Is Accused of Money Laundering By Several State Attorney Generals

Democrat fundraising software ActBlue is the subject of multiple state-wide continuous investigations into suspected money laundering.

On August 1, Wyoming Secretary of State Chuck Gray, Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares, and Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey made the announcement that their headquarters were already looking into cautious donations to ActBlue.

The program has previously been accused of criminal conduct.

Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL ) requested in July that the Federal Election Commission look into some of the hundreds of thousands of suspicious small donations made through ActBlue since 2016.

Miyeres contacted ActBlue&nbsp in a demand letter over allegations of campaign funds fraud that may compromise the integrity of the 2024 November elections.

” My office has become aware of multiple serious allegations that ActBlue …]has ] engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, and/or otherwise illegal activities in the Commonwealth of Virginia and/or have aided and abetted others in doing so”, wrote Miyeres. This includes hundreds of thousands of dollars in contributions made by individual Commonwealth sponsors in amounts that appear to be suspicious and impossible.

Over the past few years, many individual donors from the state have been making thousands of dollars in numerous campaign contributions, including older people who listed their jobs as” no employed” or “retired.”

Some had allegedly think addresses. &nbsp,

&nbsp,” Taken up, these conditions appear to indicate that contributions via ActBlue are being made from imaginary donors or mock accounts, or that data reported by or through ActBlue may become fraudulent”, he added.

The Commonwealth of Virginia’s people deserve to know that volunteer and social organizations are legitimately and genuinely raising money, according to Miyares.

The Virginia AG’s office requested a” substantive response” from ActBlue professionals by August 12 and request that the company provide details on “processes and procedures for verifying the validity and reliability of donation and input knowledge” as well as those used in “verifying data reported in regulatory bodies.”

However, the Missouri Attorney General tweeted,” My team is looking into the shocking claims surrounding ActBlue. More to travel”.

The Wyoming Secretary of State’s department announced that ActBlue Wyoming, a PAC that is registered with the state, is currently being investigated.

In a tweet, Gray claimed that ActBlue is accused of stealing people’s names to suppress illegal donations, including those made by foreign actors.

He claimed that the business was violating the Wyoming Election Code by making false statements and that ideal steps may be taken to prosecute those responsible.

According to Grey,” Policy-making political action committees must be doing so in accordance with the Wyoming Election Code,” adding that” claiming that someone donated to a PAC if they never did so would be a misdemeanor under Wyoming rules. To confirm compliance with Wyoming law, I am very concerned and will continue to work with a comprehensive review of efforts.

The Democrats ‘ extensive system of illegal donation planting businesses has been covered by The Gateway Pundit and James O’Keefe.

O’Keeefe was able to identify some of the little donors who had donated the suspect amounts to Act Blue in one of his studies using common FEC data.

Many of those folks complained to O’Keeefe that they were unable to explain the differences between their alleged Sec gifts and those made in real life.

ActBlue has long been accused of using the information of ordinary individual donors to defraud millions of dollars in donations across the country by dividing large donations into smaller groups to finance Democrat political campaigns without authorization.

This process may also help ActBlue to hide the true names of the major donors, people, foreign entities, or organizations that made the original donations.
