Offer Nancy Pelosi funds for chutzpah. The notorious former House loudspeaker and senior Democrat power broker, who was commonly known, was instrumental in forcing Old Joe Biden to withdraw from his post-Matlock DVDs after just over two weeks. Today, however, the deed is done, and Pelosi can manage to be polite in triumph: she is recommending, obviously with a flat face, that the Sioux Nation become more outraged by the addition of Old Joe’s cheesy drink to Mount Rushmore.

Pelosi (D-Smirnoff ) made the ludicrous recommendation Sunday, asserting that the corrupt and dementia-ridden old kleptocrat has been” such a consequential president of the United States, a Mount Rushmore kind of president”. Well, sure. If a new area of Mount Rushmore were opened to have a bandit’s exhibition of catastrophically wrongheaded and America-Last president, next yeah, Old Joe should be front and centre, in the George Washington location, cheek by jowl with Barack Obama, Bill Clinton, and Jimmy Carter.
Of course, that was not what Pelosi had in mind. She actually claimed that Biden should be ranked among the country’s presidential heroes, saying,” You have Teddy Roosevelt there.” And he’s wonderful. I do n’t say take him down. But you can add Biden”. The Rough Rider, who ( despite his virtues ), was one of the “progressive” pioneers who started enacting big-government measures that have caused a lot of harm to the country, is not even clear why Pelosi would even consider replacing him.
Even more unfathomable is why Pelosi would think that Old Joe was a great leader, at least in part because she wants us to believe that. While he has ostensibly been president, inflation has skyrocketed, the Southern border has become little more than a line on a map, the Taliban were encouraged to attack Ukraine and Hamas, and the United States has supported the Islamic Republic of Iran’s wars against its own people and against Israel by sending$ 10 billion to Tehran.

Pelosi may not be aware of that. She is a long-time chief Washington insider, so she is well-versed in all about it, and she almost certainly is aware of much more about Old Joe’s disastrous history. So there are two possibilities. The most obvious is that Pelosi is trying to deceive Americans into believing that she is more trustworthy than the evidence of their daily lives, just like she does with other Democratic top dogs. She is trying to make us believe that Kamala Harris will continue his track record of success until we reach the point of pure communism despite all appearances, which is one of the best ever.
It’s true: many Americans are distracted with other matters, busy with their own lives, and not consumed with what’s going on in Washington. Thus, Pelosi makes it abundantly clear that if she and her fellow Democrat appointees keep repeating this Big Lie, they will persuade a sizable portion of the electorate to support Kamala Harris in order to carry on Biden-Harris’ impeccable record of excellence, even as their ears are torn apart.
There is, however, another possibility. Perhaps Nancy Pelosi truly believes that Old Joe was a great leader. Irrational factionalism and vodka fog aside, Pelosi could think that galloping inflation, open borders, the betrayal of an ally, and the financing and emboldening of our enemies are all great things. A weakened, declining America would have to believe in Pelosi to be a good. Is that even conceivable? Of course, it is.

Back during Barack Obama’s first campaign for the presidency in 2008, a wire service photo captured him crossing an airplane tarmac holding CNN’s Fareed Zakaria’s book,” The Post-American World”. Obama was holding onto his book’s handle as though he had no idea where to put it and take his place.
Zakaria put it this way in his book:” This is not a book about the decline of America, but rather about the rise of everyone else.” He described a situation that Leftists are working to bring to America or attempt to bring back in it. Zakaria’s ideal world is one in which the United States would” no longer dominate the global economy, orchestrate geopolitics, or overwhelm cultures”. Zakaria’s book, in other words, is a manual for America’s decline.  ,
Throughout his interminable eight years in office, Obama seemed determined to make Zakaria’s “post-American world” a self-fulfilling prophesy. Obama worked from his first day in office to realize Zakaria’s wishful thinking about the decline of the United States. If Biden has done anything as president, he has continued America’s decline. Nancy Pelosi might share her perspective. She might be tempted to say that the Biden regime is great simply because it has hurt America. Ask yourself: What recent policy that Pelosi has promoted actually worked for American citizens by answering those questions.
