Jamie Raskin (D-MD) has today released video of him explaining how Democrats may use Section 3 of the 14th Amendment to support Trump’s removal, fully aware that it could spark a civil unrest.

The Supreme Court ruled that Trump was exempt from Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, which prohibits anyone who engages in an uprising against the authorities from running for or holding office. Rep. Raskin does the typical leftist cawwaul about how Muh rights may be eroded by Le Bad Orange Man.
Raskin adds that Democrats will have more protection because of the “backlash” coming their way, and that it would be “up to us on January 6th, 2025” to inform the marauding Trump crowds that he is disqualified.
When did a Republican criticize a Dem standard? Seems to me like the same happens– only beg Steve Scalise, Rand Paul, and Trump himself.
