
A delivery vehicle mounted on the road and struck two people in Harlem on Monday, according to footage that was captured.
The accident happened around 4: 50 p. m. at the crossroads of St. Nicholas Avenue and West 148th Street. According to authorities, the pilot lost control of the vehicle, causing it to wander off the road and onto the street.
The truck struck two men by the effect, according to surveillance footage. According to the New York Post, the car then collided with a fire truck and a parked UPS trailer.
More footage was captured by a witness that showed doctors treating the victim, who was lying in traffic and clutching his head. As a small crowd gathered outside, emergency responders immediately placed him on a bed and transported him to an emergency.
According to the Member game movie, a man who appears to be the other sufferer described to police at the picture how the driver approached them and struck them on the ground. The driver then cut the corner and jumped the curb.
“]The driver ] cleared out both of us. I went up in the air, he went under”, he tells the policemen in the picture.
The pilot, who was unharmed, remained on the scene, authorities said.
The person who was filming the Citizen movie said,” Anyone of us,” noting that she heard the crash from the top floor of a nearby building.
The two survivors are secure and were transported to NYC Hospitals Harlem. No additional information is available about their wounds.
No charges had been filed as of Monday evening, and the investigation is still ongoing.
