Blogger Joe Rogan’s new Netflix specific has faced intense censure from the left with some naming it as “weird”, ugly, and” ridiculous” after he mocked the transgender issue and expressed skepticism about COVID-19 vaccines.
Wajahat Ali, a columnist for the Daily Beast, criticized Rogan’s effectiveness on X, stating,” I mean at least be interesting if you’re being ignorant and offensive”. He more added that while Rogan’s” cult” may appreciate the specific, the artist is “making also many smart people stupid”. Joshua Reed Eakle, co-founder of Project Liberal, warned against falling into the” ‘ red pill ‘ rabbit hole”, claiming that it “rots your head”.
Rogan defended his controversial opinions that were previously shared on his favorite radio in the Netflix special titled” Burn the Boats” and refuted internet criticism that he had been accused of disseminating propaganda, according to Fox News.
Rogan questioned society’s acceptance of natural males who identify as transgender females in a particular segment that drew the left’s indignation.
He claimed that transgender people have become too accepting in America since the stand-up display.
Rogan stated,” I just want to be true apparent. I think there are trans people, he says,” the world is unusual, nature is peculiar, and nature may throw you a ball and you believe you’re in the wrong system.” He emphasized his conviction in freedom and love, and he praised an individual’s right to do what makes them happy. However, he also acknowledged the existence of” crazy people”.
” I’m open-minded. I just want to know what happened”, he continued,” It’s almost like a freak witch waved a secret spell on the whole earth.’ Anyone who complains you enter the women’s locker room with a tough mouth and the women’s locker area will be a Nazi with a flood of this rod. Abracadabra!’ And it just works”!
Rogan described this “new real” as “weird”, arguing that just putting on makeup does not give access to children’s facilities. His comments sparked a heated argument, with some leftists finding his opinions offensive and ignorant.
Rogan said he’s” hardly even remotely homophobic”, adding,” I’m the same. I wish I was gay”.
Rogan acknowledged that he might have spread the false information about the Covid-19 vaccine in” Burn the Boats,” but he said he did n’t care.
” Vaccines are the most significant creation in human story,” I would have said to you prior to COVID. After COVID, I’m like,’ I do n’t think we went to the moon. I think Michelle Obama’s got a peter. Pizzagate is true, in my opinion. I think there’s immediate energy arms in Antarctica,'” New York Post quoted him saying.
After the audience laughed, Rogan added:” I’m just kidding — I do n’t think Michelle Obama’s got a dick, but I believe all of that other s–t”.
” Here’s my take on that, honestly: If you’re getting your immunization advice from me, is that really my mistake”? he said. ” That’s not my job, kids. I’m a skilled s–t-talker. Some of my statements have a feeling. A lot of them do n’t. It’s up to you to figure out what’s what. That’s the excitement element”.
