Over the past four decades, the left has only increased its criticism of an impartial Supreme Court. We have a real chance of Venezuelan chaos and lawlessness as a result of Vice President and Democratic nominee Kamala Harris ‘ support for President Joe Biden’s recent push to both pack the court and strip the most senior justices of power.
In more than 45 000 cases, the Venezuelan Supreme Court made an exclusive decision in Hugo Chavez ‘ favor of the government in 2004 after the judge was packed. Court-packing is a recipe for a dictator, even here in the United States.  ,
Court-packing has been a crimson flag in the United States ever since President Franklin Roosevelt unsuccessfully attempted to add six judges to the Supreme Court in order to support his New Deal parliamentary system in the 1930s. FDR’s valiant attempt to oust an impartial Supreme Court was rebuked by even the increasingly Democratic-controlled United States Senate at the time.  ,
Democrats have criticized the Supreme Court’s decisions and attempted to destroy its independence following President Donald Trump’s election in 2016 and his appointment of three justices who altered the judge’s policy.  ,
In March 2020, Democratic Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer threatened two judges with assault if they voted against the pro-abortion part of the abortion debate.” I want to tell you, Gorsuch,” he said as he sat on the court’s ways. I want to inform you, Kavanaugh, you have released the storm, and you will pay the price. You wo n’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions”.
A would-be killer went to Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s home in June 2022 to kill the justice, following Schumer’s cold and unprecedented comments and other comments made by his supporters in leftist-funded organizations and the press. Nothing less than the court’s decision, as the Democrats vowed, may suppress the left’s desire to control the judge’s decisions, it was obvious.
Biden’s harmful court-packing proposal, though not laid out in detail, appears to be based on Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse’s costs, which may add an additional nine judges to the court, with the president appointing a justice every two years. Additionally, it may restrict the most senior judges ‘ ability to participate in the vast majority of instances before the judge, and its functions would also restrict judges ‘ active service to 18-year words.  ,
Though this plan is illegal, its goal is to quickly side Justice Clarence Thomas, the judge’s most devout originalist, and therefore Justice Samuel Alito and Chief Justice John Roberts. The Supreme Court’s democracy, the rule of law, and the security of our freedoms that have been a part of the Constitution for the past 248 decades will be destroyed.  ,

Chavez’s invasion of the Supreme Court was perfect. A well-regarded research found that from 2004 until 2014, the Venezuela Supreme Court ruled in favor of the state every single time, out of 45, 474 circumstances. Venezuela may be the most well-known illustration of court-packing’s problems, but a Human Rights Watch 2004 article on Chavez’s court-packing also highlighted the impact of the leaders ‘ interfering with the courts by removing judges from their respective judges or denying judges ‘ career control the outcome of cases. According to the judges the Biden-Harris leadership has appointed to the national court, that means a courtroom that will veto laws and executive orders that sabotage disenfranchised businesses, silence any dissenting government orders, seize firearms, letting criminals and illegal aliens run free, and revoke your religious freedoms.  ,
The Biden-Harris court-packing program may damage America as we know it. The Supreme Court’s freedom must be protected. Only ask the people of Venezuela.  ,
