
On Sunday, the Russian army said it was aware of Russian forces ‘ claims that they had attacked soldiers and other gear 30 kilometers away from the border. Russia has sent in more reserves, tanks, drones, ordnance and aircraft to try to suppress the offensive.
Sunday, the Russian defense ministry reported that its soldiers had “foaned efforts by army wireless groups with armoured vehicles to break through heavy into Russian place.” However, it claimed to have attacked enemy units close to the Russian-Ukraine border villages of Tolpino and Obshchy Kolodez, which are located about 25 kilometres and 30 km from the border. It is obvious that some Russian units have advanced significantly enough. Russia’s military said Sunday it had continued to employ aircraft, drones and artillery to try to set down the invasion. Additionally, it claimed that it had stopped an attempt by Ukraine to invade another Kursk area border district, which is further to the south of where the fighting has largely stopped.
