Independent political candidate , Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was disqualified by a New York judge from appearing on the state’s vote ahead of the November election according to using a” fake address” on asking requests.
New York Justice Christina L. Ryba ruled that the independent president’s New York residence was hardly a “bona fide and genuine residence, but only a’ sham’ address that he assumed for the purpose of maintaining his voter registration” and 2024 social campaign.
Ryba described Kennedy’s citizenship state at 84 Croton Lake Road in Westchester County, New York, as a “false speech requiring invalidation of the complaint”.
” Using a sister’s target for political and voting uses, while rarely stepping foot on the premises, does not equate to citizenship under the Election Law”, the judge ruled. To maintain otherwise would set up a risky law and open the door to the social evil and fraud that the Election Law citizenship laws were intended to stop.
Kennedy may not be able to cast a ballot in New York if Ryba’s decision is upheld because he used his New York address to collect signatures to form new petitions in other states across the country.

Following the judge’s ruling in favor of the lawsuit against Kennedy, which was supported by Clear Choice Action, a Democratic-leaning political action committee, the independent presidential candidate released a statement, saying,” The Democrats are showing contempt for democracy. They are attempting to prevent voters from having a choice because they are n’t confident they can win at the polls. We’ll make an appeal and prevail.
Kennedy added in a post on X, a former Twitter user, that” this case is an assault on New York voters who signed in record numbers to put me on their ballot. The DNC has changed its approach to using lawfare in place of democratic election results. We’ll make an appeal and prevail.
Barbara Moss, the independent candidate’s landlord, claimed that the independent candidate paid her$ 500 per month. Moss later acknowledged that Kennedy had no written lease and that his first payment had not been made until The New York Post published a story that raised questions about his residency claim.
The Kennedy team will undoubtedly file desperate lawsuit after desperate lawsuit in the upcoming days and weeks, they will fail, and it will not change the simple truth: he lied, and he’s being held accountable, according to a statement released by Fox News.
