In a win for women’s athletics, the U. S. Supreme Court did not let the upholding of the Biden-Harris government’s radical anti-women, pro-LGBTQ Title IX changes on claims that blocked the problem.

It is especially encouraging that the Supreme Court refused to let the Biden-Harris management impose that nonsense on Republican state after the Olympics, when the real threat and rank injustice of natural men in adult activities were on full screen. As Just the News reported, the Court came through for female athletes and states ‘ rights in a 5-4 decision.
The three radical leftist justices and, for some silly reason, Justice Neil Gorsuch dissented from the majority. However, all five of the other justices made an informed choice. The government “has not provided this Court with a sufficient basis” to challenge the lower courts ‘ interim conclusions that the three provisions that were found to be unlawful are intertwined with and affect other provisions of the rule, according to the unsigned ruling.
Justice Sonia Sotomayor argued that the lower courts went beyond their purview to remedy the discrete harms alleged here by blocking the Government from enforcing scores of regulations that respondents never challenged and that bear no apparent relationship to respondents ‘ alleged injuries. Except that female athletes suffer serious injuries when they do n’t allow biological males to play in their respective sports. That was made abundantly clear by the Olympics.

At the Olympics, biological males took gold and silver women’s boxing medals. Angela Carini of Italy almost as soon as she squared off with Imane Khelif of Algeria because the latter ( a biological man ) hit so hard that she was concerned about getting seriously hurt.

Even worse is when” transgenders”, men pretending to be women, demand to participate in women’s sports. The website SheWon. org , claims that the number of women’s medals, records, scholarships, and other awards and opportunities stolen by biological male athletes is 1055. That’s across 522 competitions and 37 sports.
Furthermore, women and girls have been badly injured by male athletes pretending to be women. On Aug. 1, Catholic Medicine reported,” Female volleyball player, 17, left paralyzed with brain damage by transgender opponent who ‘ cackled with delight’ after knocking her to]the ] ground”. He balled the girl in the face, hitting her. A mentally ill man could boast of his greater physical prowess and play-acting skills as a woman after her ruination of her life. Her desire to receive a volleyball scholarship to college was destroyed. How disgusting.

A bearded” transgender” who played multiple sports for female teams is another example from a few months ago. The biological man was suspended from the female rowing team after staring at a topless girl in the changing room after knocking down a rival while playing basketball.
These are the sick, abusive men whom the Biden-Harris administration wants to protect and promote. Thank goodness at least some states are up against the abuse, with the support of the Supreme Court.
