
Previous president Donald Trump paused his speech, removed his bulletproof glass safety challenge, and crossed the stage to look at a admirer who had passed out on Wednesday at his first outside protest since the assassination attempt on July 13 in Butler, Pennsylvania.
The former president held a bulletproof glass defense barrier around Trump’s floor at the North Carolina Aviation Museum in Asheboro, North Carolina, on Wednesday, according to Fox News, the event’s outside protest, which took place at the former mayor’s location on Wednesday.
According to Fox News, the Trump campaign referred to the event as a “messaging event” as part of the Democratic National Convention’s counter-programming, and 2, 500 people were expected to show up at the outdoor rally. Fox News reported that moving trucks and portable storage units were positioned behind the media riser for added security in addition to the bulletproof glass.
The former president invited a number of law enforcement officials to stage a temporary presence during the rally on Wednesday. Later in his speech, Trump removed the stage and the bulletproof glass barrier to check on a woman who appeared to be having a medical emergency. Secret Service agents carefully observed the former president as he left the stage and closely monitored his interaction with the audience.

Multiple Trump supporters can be heard yelling for a doctor during a video that was previously posted on X, a former Twitter account. As soon as Trump was aware of the situation, the former president called for a doctor before saying,” It is very hot here, I noticed. It’s very hot, and a lot of the people waited for days to get here, so I understand it”. Trump repeatedly told the doctor,” Take your time”, as he continued to delay his speech.
After the medical incident, Trump left the bulletproof glass, made his way toward the woman, and was recorded hugging the woman who had experienced a medical emergency as the crowd shouted,” We love Trump”!
Collin Rugg, co-owner of Trending Politics, also shared a video of Trump leaving the bulletproof glass to check on the supporter. He tweeted,” Today was Trump’s first outdoor rally since the assas*ination attempt at his PA rally on July 13″.
A bipartisan congressional task force and the FBI were meeting with each other on Wednesday regarding an investigation into the attempted murder of Trump by would-be assassin Thomas Matthew Crooks, according to Fox News.
