BeatKing, the Houston musician also known as Club Godzilla, has died. He was 39.

Tasha Felder, the saving artist’s manager, confirmed to The Times on Friday that she passed away on Thursday in a Houston doctor.

Felder first announced BeatKing’s dying Thursday in an Instagram&nbsp, article, &nbsp, composing,” Now, August 15, 2024 we have lost @Clubgodzilla. The best aspect of the team has been BeatKing for over a century. His tone will live forever because of all of his productions and collaborations with musicians. He loved his daughters @clubgodparenting, his music and his followers. We may like him permanently”.

The singer, whose true name was Justin Seth Riley, died from respiratory edema, a condition that occurs when a blood clot blocks an artery in the airways, preventing blood from flowing. According to Felder, the rapper was taken to a nearby hospital after fainting while making an appearance on Urban One ( Radio One ) and later passing away.

His sons were with him the whole day, he said. It is really unhappy, we loved him but much”, Felder said.

Artists praised BeatKing on social media after learning of his demise.

” It’s always the good people … Really a great passionate people. We lost a gifted artist and dad. Praying for @talameshia and his close friends. RIP @clubgodzilla”, singer Bun B said in a Thursday Instagram&nbsp, blog.

Lil Scrappy, a fellow Houston singer, &nbsp, posted&nbsp, a picture on his Instagram account of their 2022 one” Thangin” writing,” Blow to my Brudda that did job fr @clubgodzilla I’m lost on this one”.

Memphis rap combo Three 6 Mafia&nbsp, commented&nbsp, under Felder’s Instagram article Thursday, composing,” RIP MANE!!! Excellent Sibling! “!

BeatKing was born Nov. 24, 1984, in Houston. His song was well-known among clubgoers thanks to its distinctive tone, southern rap influences, and explicit lyrics.

He rose to prominence in 2010 with the release of” Crush”, which was featured on his 2011 album” Kings of the Club 2″.

In 2020, he released the popular strike,” Then Leave”, featuring another Houston singer, Queendome Travel. The second is his most streamed music on Spotify, with more than 60 million channels. In 2022, he was featured on” THICK” by DJ Chose, which became a popular struck that inspired a popular&nbsp, TikTok dance&nbsp, and a mix with rapper Megan Thee Stallion, who is also from Houston.

In July, the singer released his last song,” Not Keep Houston on a Sunday”.

Riley is survived by his daughters Jayla and Kayla and his partner, song Talameshia.
