After Robert F. Kennedy suspended his presidential battle and publicly endorsed Donald Trump, a historical event took place at Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona on Friday.
In front of tens of thousands of people, Trump invited Kennedy to meet him on stage in a packed venue. In his entry, Trump stated that” His election has inspired millions and millions of Americans, raised important issues that have been ignored for too long in this state, and brought together people from all political parties in a good campaign grounded in the principles of his parents, Robert Kennedy, a wonderful man, and his brother, President John F Kennedy.” ” And I know that they are looking down right now, and they are very, very proud of Bobby. I’m proud of Bobby”.
Kennedy explained to the roaring crowd that in his initial conversations with Trump – after the July 13 assassination attempt in Butler, Pa., — the two discussed ,” not the things that separate us, because we do n’t agree on everything, but on the values and the issues” they share. According to Kennedy,” One of the things he talked about was having safe food and putting an end to the chronic disease epidemic.”
” Do n’t you want healthy children? And do you not want to consume our food with chemicals? And do you not want the government agencies to be free of corporate corruption? And that’s what President Trump told me that he wanted”.
Trump said as a” tribute” to RFK that he would set up a commission on assassination attempts to release all federal documents related to JFK’s murder if elected.
Trump added that they would conduct a thorough investigation into the attack last month. ” But I tell you, I have never had more people ask me,’ Please, sir, release the documents on the Kennedy assassination,’ and we’re going to do that”.
