The regime-approved advertising are just concerned about one thing: trying to meander Vice President Kamala Harris ‘ position in the fatal handover, as America celebrates the three-year celebration of the Biden administration’s botched withdrawal from Afghanistan this year.
The Associated Press ran an article titled” Trump attempts to connect Harris to the turbulent Afghanistan War departure on anniversary of attack” on Monday, in which author Adriana Gomez Licon attempted to explain Harris ‘ role in the unsuccessful enter that resulted in the deaths of 13 U.S. service members.
” Former President , Donald Trump , on Monday is tying Vice President , Kamala Harris , to the chaotic Afghanistan War withdrawal on the third anniversary of the suicide bombing that killed 13 U. S. service members”, Gomez Licon wrote, citing a Monday Truth Social post from Trump, in which he referred to the pullout as” the most EMBARRASSING moment in the history of our Country”.
Contrary to the dishonest picture painted by the AP, Trump does n’t have to” tr]y ]” to connect Harris to the withdrawal. She’s Biden’s vice chairman and, as previously reported by the media, was heavily involved in overseeing the president’s return from the area.
Soon after the White House announced in spring 2021 its intentions to flee Afghanistan, Harris confirmed to CNN’s Dana Bash that, as Politico described,” she was the last person in the room” before Biden made the decision.
” This is a leader who has an incredible amount of courage”, Harris said. He is someone who, as I have repeatedly observed, makes decisions based on what he really believes to be the best course of action.
In August 2021, amid the continued departure, the Los Angeles Times reported that Harris “has been, at least graphically, front and center as President Biden has overseen America’s flee from Afghanistan”. The content detailed her appearance alongside Biden during important safety briefings on the return, and it was ultimately acknowledged that” the implementation of the departure will also be added to Harris ‘ resume, underscoring the difficult challenge she faces as Biden’s understudy in what is arguably his presidency’s first crisis.”
Even the Washington Post acknowledges in an article published on August 7 that” Harris’s position behind the scenes in one of the most significant and contentious episodes of Biden’s administration shows how she has sought to place herself as a sin president deeply involved in important moments” and distances her from the mishandled exit, branding “her influence” in the decision-making process as “unclear.”
According to a former senior military official who was present in the discussions, Harris “asked a district attorney” like a district attorney during interagency meetings in early 2021, but she did n’t reveal much about her position on the subject,” the article reads.
It remains to be seen if Harris will face comparable conservative opposition because of the fact that she is now replacing Biden as president of the Democratic Party.
Legacy media’s attempt to sanitize Harris ‘ role in the administration’s withdrawal from Afghanistan is just another case study exemplifying Democrats ‘ war on truth, much like their attempts to whitewash her role as the border czar and downplay her support for communist-style price controls.
For these so-called” journalists”, Harris ‘ involvement in the failed decision-making that got 13 U. S. troops killed is irrelevant. The most important thing is ensuring a Democratic victory in November and avoiding further upheaval from the current regime.
