It’s interested. The Democratic Party that has relentlessly attempted to keep communist third-party presidential candidates off the November ballot is now fighting like a champ to preserve Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in office.

Election officials in two crucial swing states, Michigan and Wisconsin, announced on Tuesday that the Kennedy family heir who suspended his separate strategy last week and supported Donald Trump’s political campaign would continue to appear on November’s ballot. In another fight says, like Nevada and North Carolina, he might encounter issues related to his. &nbsp,

” His Title Will Be Remaining.”

Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, a hyper-partisan Democrat, said Kennedy may be on the Nov. 5 general election vote. &nbsp,

” Minor group prospects cannot retreat, so&nbsp, his name will be on the ballot”, Benson representative Cheri Hardmon told the Detroit News in an email. &nbsp,

Kennedy was running in Michigan under the name of the Natural Law Party. &nbsp,

The third-party applicant immediately intervened by requesting that many states remove his name from the running. In Michigan, Benson argued that the timing of state national voter law prevented the Natural Law Party from removing Kennedy. The little democratic party’s convention has already been held to elect its members, according to Hardmon, a publication in Detroit. &nbsp,

” They may join at this point to find new votes since it’s past the primary”, she said. &nbsp,

    Process to eliminate

According to polls, including internal poll from the Kennedy plan, Benson’s strict view of Michigan voter law might have something to do with Republican Trump’s approval of RFK Jr.’s nomination for president over Vice President Kamala Harris, the newly elected Democratic Party presidential candidate.

Severe liberal Benson has been consistently found breaking with Michigan election law while operating in a state where extreme liberals rule. In her effort to remove communist third-party political member Cornel West from Michigan’s November ballot, she pushed her political agenda. &nbsp,

Contrary to the Michigan Bureau of Elections ruling, Judge James R. Redford ruled over the weekend that West’s battle had received enough petition signatures to get his spot on the poll. Benson joined forces with the express Democrat Party and a communist political action committee to argue that the independent member should not be denied vote qualification because his campaign failed to properly process an “affidavit of identity.” For testimonies are not required, the judge decided. &nbsp,

In his brief but direct order, Redford wrote,” The Court respectfully concludes that the SOS and Director of the Bureau of Elections ( DBOE ) misapplied the law by finding otherwise.” ” The AOIs]Affidavits of Identity ] the candidates filed cannot serve as a mechanism to exclude them from the ballot”.

Benson has said she will appeal the decision. &nbsp,

According to West,” This decision is not just a constitutional success; it is a social success for everyone who believes in the purity of the political process.” ” Our battle submitted over 26, 000 names, significantly more than required, which the judge recognized as a genuine expression of the person’s will”.

But the “people’s will” is subordinate to the Democratic Party’s insatiable appetite for energy. Dems ‘ chances in must-win Michigan are threatened by the possibility of snatching up enough votes from liberals who are n’t sold on” joy” candidate Harris to help Donald Trump win the Great Lakes State. &nbsp,

    Political Calculation

The politically divided controller of elections in Wisconsin has also declared that RFK Jr. may be on the November ballot and has just rejected the Democrat National Committee’s challenge to the communist Green Party’s political ticket. &nbsp,

The six-member Wisconsin Elections Commission, comprised of three Liberals and three Republican, voted 5-1 on Tuesday to increase Kennedy to the Badger State vote, despite his party’s request to remove it. The state legislation, according to WEC executives, prohibits qualifying candidates from declining to nominate candidates. &nbsp,

Bob Spindell, one of the three Republicans on the committee, was the lone opposing voting. He claimed in an interview with The Federalist on Tuesday evening that percentage discretion is allowed by the state statute on the subject. The committee exercised its choice by adding RFK Jr. to the listing of political candidates for the general election. &nbsp,

Two of the commission’s three Democrats, however, attempted to block Green Party political candidate Jill Stein and her running mate, Butch Ware, from the vote. The Wisconsin Supreme Court made the decision not to hear what Spindell called the “facetious” objection to undermine the Greens ‘ opposition to Democratic Party vote the day before. &nbsp,

Because there are n’t any Green Party people in the government or state agencies, a DNC member claimed that the Green Party’s individuals were disqualified from running for president in Wisconsin. So the group is unable to elect new political candidates. Legitimate professionals claimed that it was a false state and a erroneous interpretation of the law. &nbsp,

” I think it’s simply a political move”, Spindell said. ” All this stuff is political calculation” .&nbsp,

The algebra is pretty obvious. Stein, the Green Party presidential candidate in 2016, grabbed some 31, 000 seats in the swing state vote. Democrats argued Stein’s minuscule margin of support, which was more than enough to move Wisconsin red for Trump, who had won the state’s less than 21, 000 vote. They learned their lesson. The self-declared “protectors of politics” successfully prevented a controversial issue from affecting the Green Party ticket in 2020. Democrat Joe Biden, ironically, claimed victory over Trump by less than 21, 000 seats. &nbsp,

The Democrats even made an effort to maintain West off the Wisconsin vote, but the committee approved adding the name of the independent presidential candidate to the list with a 5-1 vote. &nbsp,

West, the Green Party prospects, and the two main gathering people, will be joined by the Libertarian Party and Constitution Party candidates, which usually draw conservative-leaning citizens. Their inclusion on the vote was not challenged by the Republican Party. &nbsp, GOP-tied lawyers have worked to help West getting on votes, including in battle Arizona.

RFK Jr., brother of murdered past U. S. Sen. Bobby Kennedy and the brother of assassinated President John F. Kennedy, was a longtime Democrat until last October, when he left the party in contempt. He claimed that the Kennedys ‘ group was different from the current Democratic Party. In a speech on Friday, he criticized Democrats for undermining democracy by coronating Harris as the party’s nominee for president in response to its sweet coup led by President Joe Biden. &nbsp,

Kennedy remarked that the group had appointed DNC-aligned judges to remove me and other individuals from the ballot and place President Trump in jail. It staged a fake main that was used to rig the election to avert any significant opposition to President Biden. Then the same dark DNC operatives appointed President Biden’s successor — even without an vote, when a consistently bungled discussion performance precipitated the palace coup against him.
