” Biden’s plan was isolated, with a few long-serving aides making great decisions. The Harris campaign has evolved into a” Frankenstein” team that has multiple power centers. reviews Forbes.
This is a plan waiting to erupt. Tensions are higher because there is no general philosophy in place for the staff, and some minor players may soon be leaving.
Although Harris hired her own staff, the Biden plan advisers and students from Barack Obama’s 2012 plan appear to have different suggestions for how the plan should be run.
According to one source,” the connection of these different institutions has left many people feeling a real lack of function clarity.”
It does n’t help that Harris is a horrible boss. Her scream-again rants at employees, accusing them of any errors that were her fault, resulted in a 90 % attrition rate over the past four decades.
Best then, Harris is riding the media-created storm of approval. She does n’t have to do any heavy lifting. As summer turns into collapse and the pressure cooker of a regional plan stresses out the plan group, that will start to change.
The McCain campaign’s lack of camaraderie and cohesion could easily cause the campaign to fall apart and turn into backbiting ( McCain campaign ). Given Harris’s history, plan losses — a surety in any national campaign — may cause the whole thing to understand.

Another people involved with the plan said there is n’t” when much tension at the very, very bottom, where the question is more: ‘ Who is the first among equals with the vice president?'”
According to this resource, the confusion about who is in charge is more frequently” two or three rungs lower.”
Some members of Biden’s group believed that several senior Obama advisers had been second-guessing their choices for months as part of a campaign effort to get the president to re-elect.
” It’s simply a hungry dash”, one man involved told Politico. ” Things are colliding occasionally, but it’s not malicious”.
All’s properly. Live quiet.
Another source claimed that” the uncertainty about who’s in charge is occurring more frequently” two or three rungs over.” Another said,” The unwieldy business will become fine as long as the group believes it is win.”
Sorry, but in a nearby race,” bulky businesses” often getting clobbered.  ,
Some members of Biden’s team are disappointed they have to justify Harris for her past progressive stances on” Medicare-for-all” and the ban on drilling, even though some believe Harris is more credible than the chairman after his June discussion performance against former President Trump and allowed the “burst of enthusiasm” Her positions on those issues, along with those of other Democrats, in part contributed to Biden’s 2020 nomination win.  ,

The question of the moment is how her” Frankenstein” team is going to handle the numerous flip-flops Harris has made since her 2020 campaign. Trump’s team will rake her into the ground for a bizarre attitude change regarding” Medicare for All” and fracking.
It will be interesting to see how her messaging team addresses those and other issues starting in 2020.  ,
