The Russian Foreign Ministry , said , on August 28 that it had added 92 individuals, most of whom are U. S. people, including journalists from The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, and The New York Times, to its sanctions record.
The government said the walk was in response to what it called Washington’s” Russophobic plans” and sanctions imposed on Russian officials, entrepreneurs, scientists, entertainers, and reporters following Russia’s unwarranted full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022.
