Before you can discover a pattern, how some data factors must you find?  ,
In the case of Acting Judge Juan Merchan in New York, I gave this a problem some thought. He is the judge presiding over Donald Trump’s event involving the auditing and non-disclosure of information. When you conceal proof of a structure, what happens? Ironically—and illegally— Judge Merchan and the folks at the oxymoronically-named Ethics Commission for the New York State Unified Court System have been hiding the court’s records and statements since 2018. America First Legal is suing Merchan and ethics officials for having illegally hid the jury’s information for the past seven times.

Merchan is the face of the legal left, to which the ethics commission certainly belongs, otherwise they would have already slapped him along. The auditing and records lawsuit against Donald Trump in Manhattan has been a complete ripoff by the prosecutor. Giving a multiple-choice, choose-your-own-crime list to a judge, denying the evidence of the region’s best analyst on strategy finance—the important issue—while allowing the beside-the-point Stormy Daniels testimony, are certainly displays of good judgment. However, quite the opposite is real.  ,
But now to our consideration of trends and statistics points. There are no , legal , criteria for what comprises a pattern or design, but, as Justice Potter Stewart notably said of profanity,” I know it when I see it” . ,
In company, such as in the event of Six Sigma requirements, establishing a pattern or trend requires seven information items. For another company uses it’s five. For financial gurus, there are only two (! ). Usually, in essence, it’s three. At least that’s what the AI machine, which returns results from the top research motor that starts with a G.  , turned up on.
But, let’s recap: the smallest amount is two. Seven is desired.  ,
Let us contemplate Judge Merchan’s styles.
- He’s a Democrat
- He donated money to the” Stop Donald Trump and his Right Wing Legacy” account.
- His adult daughter serves as president of a Democrat political organization that assists Adam Schiff, one of Trump’s congressional foes, including impeacher and Soviet collusion scammer.
- His mother’s political procedure used Daddy’s Trump test to campaign for her social customers ,
- Kamala Harris , hired papa ‘s , mother’s political purchase to help with her national campaign
- He was selected by officials at the DA’s office, not a strange choice, to preside over the test because he’d overseen, some say mishandled, Trump situations before
- ” He really should be the last man selected, given the potential conflict”, said  , Christopher Brennan, a former Manhattan assistant city attorney , about Merchan’s collection
- He ignored how the DA , stacked charges , against Trump, an ethics violation
- Because the statute of limitations had expired, he ignored how the reported unlawful misdemeanor crimes had become outdated.
- He dissuaded doubts that the reported artificial felony charge had bootstrapped these misdemeanors and revived them into a life issue, which had been in infraction of his rights.
- In a perfect turnaround of courtroom protocol, he gagged the defendant. Gag orders are to , protect defendants  , not hurt them
- Several , morals complaints , have been filed against Merchan
- On undercover videos, DOJ’s SDNY spokesman , called this Trump event,  ,” a depravity of justice”,” a farce of justice”,” a ridicule of justice”, and “nonsense”. He ca n’t be the only one who thinks this.

That’s 13. Even if you toss the first four because there is currently a freedom of association and because he ca n’t be held accountable for what his child did before the case, that still leaves nine. And let’s not forget, for brevity’s sake, I have n’t even listed all of the issues.  ,  ,
