According to officials, the incident occurred around 10: 40 am on 53rd Street between 1st and 2nd Avenues, where the tow truck driver was attempting to tow the boy’s car. In a fit of rage, the gentleman confronted the tow truck driver, and after a natural encounter, stole the tow vehicle. The angry person drove aggressively, striking many cars before colliding head-on with a capital bus while still being hit by his own vehicle.
Police statement that the person reportedly used his truck to disrupt the business loading area’s service doors, causing chaos.
The man finally fled on foot after leaving the tow vehicle on 55th Street and 3rd Avenue, according to authorities.
Many cars and a town bus were severely damaged as a result of the incident.
