Colorado schools on delayed start following false bomb threat

Following a weapon threat, law enforcement searched the Englewood college campus on Monday morning, finding no suspicious items.

Around 8:30 a.m., the Englewood Police Department learned about an incendiary device tip in the building that houses the Englewood High School, Middle School, and Leadership Academy, located at 3800 S. Logan St. The class district&nbsp, delayed class&nbsp, began period until 11 a. m. and pupils were bused to a distinct class within the district.

Law enforcement, including local sheriff’s offices and the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives swept the tower with the help of K-9s and found little cautious, according to&nbsp, a post on social media. The event is being looked into by the Englewood Police Department.
