Social analysts accused ABC News of being biased and giving sweet treatment to the Democrat nominee over her flip-flop policy following the heated debate between Kamala Harris, the vice president of the presidential candidates, and former president Donald Trump.
Previous ABC News political director and journalist Mark Halperin claimed that the internet was using all available means to protect Harris. He criticised the editors ‘ gentle management of Harris ‘ plan contradictions, calling it the “biggest loss of the night”.

Kelly criticized Harris and the editors in a number of posts while the conversation was taking place.

Several people on social media throughout the debate targeted Muir and Davis’ for “one-sided” fact-checking.
Donald Trump Jr. also hammered the moderators for only fact-checking Trump, but not Harris.

Embarrassing moderators performed pure bias work.
Political commentator Noah Pollak described the moderators as “pure work of bias” and called them the “worst moderators in presidential debate history.”
In a post on X, he wrote,” ABC hosts embarrassed themselves by keeping Harris from having to respond whether she supports partial birth late-term abortions.”
Trump wants to outlaw ABC News because of its bias.
Earlier, Trump even complained the debate was rigged, with the moderators” correcting everything” he said while not challenging Kamala Harris.
” I believe ABC had a great night last night. To be honest, they’re a news organization—they have to be licensed to do it. They ought to confiscate their license for how they did that, he said.
Senator Eric Schmitt (R-Mo. ) voiced frustration, tweeting,” ABC’s selective’ Fact Checking’ is why no one believes biased’ Fact Checking.'” Other conservatives, including Hogan Gidley, a former Trump White House spokesman, criticised the moderators for failing to challenge Harris on several key issues, leaving Trump to fact-check her claims himself.
