
After it became clear that their unacceptable relation was uncovered, Nordic Southern Corporation fired CEO Alan Shaw and fired India-origin attorney Nabanita C Nag from her positions.
The firm claimed that Shaw and Nag’s significant workplace adjustments were made as a result of their investigation into whether they had a disagreement with company policies. In a media statement, the company even clarified that Shaw’s withdrawal is related to the company’s achievement, financial reporting and results of operations.
” Norfolk Southern even announced that Nabanita C Nag has been terminated from her tasks as Executive Vice President Corporate Affairs, Chief Legal Officer &, Corporate Secretary, successful immediately, in connection with the initial results of the Board’s ongoing research. Jason M. Morris may function as acting Corporate Secretary”, the statement reads.
After removing Shaw from the place, Norfolk overwhelmingly voted for the independent managers appointed Mark R George, the agency’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
The Norfolk Southern Board did likewise welcome George.
