Sunita Williams and Butch Wilmore, both of whom are still a NASA pilots, gave a press conference on Friday to discuss their experiences with their extended sit on the International Space Station. They expressed gratitude for the additional time they got to invest in the Space because a lot of work needs to be done. They claimed that the Starliner that brought them there always made them feel let down for even a minute.
Sunita Williams and Butch both enjoy working out, and they both have a regular routine schedule, in response to concerns about bone density and muscle mass loss brought on by their extended stay in space. If they do not work out every day, they may lose bone mass. Suni claims that Butch is an early-riser and that she typically wakes up at 6.30 am. Their training regimen includes using a system to perform deadlifts and knees, running on the treadmill, and workouts venous.
Butch claimed that in space, there are no shared aches because there is no pressure on any mutual, which is “very easy.”
Sunita Williams said she changed while she was stationed on Earth and that she now ca n’t figure out why people on Earth do n’t get along with one another. ” It’s the one world we have and we should all truly be happy that we’re these along, produce that’s it– that’s our location”, she said.
Both of them expressed their sadness over their extended stay, but they were not depressed because they had been trained to deal with any kind of difficulty. Butch said it does n’t matter when they are able to return home because they would work the best every day at the ISS.
They spent eight days on the ISS conducting tests, but the Starliner designed numerous technical issues and went back to Earth without them. They will return home on SpaceX the following month. They claimed they had requested their poll so they could cast their ballots for the November US election.
