On September 16, the Swiss-based Doctors Without Borders ( MSF ) aid organization announced that it had been forced to halt operations in Russia.
” It is with a large heart that we have to shut our actions in Russia”, said the head of the team’s Russia system.
” Our firm’s job is guided by the rules of freedom, impartiality, and independence, and medical morality. We respond to your needs with support.
MSF has been based in Russia since 1992, but it claims that the Justice Ministry sent a notice in August that its business had been removed from the list of non-governmental companies.  ,
