Vice President Kamala Harris is in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to explain her monetary legislation, saying she will provide a plan to secure producing jobs in the United States.

In rallies held in North Carolina and New Hampshire, Harris talked about offering a$ 6, 000 child tax credit,$ 25, 000 in assistance for first-time homebuyers, and tax deductions for small business startups.
Harris did make his fifth trip to the Pittsburgh region since becoming the Democratic nominee for president.
