On Wednesday, dozens of Bank of America consumers reported an online problem that either prevented them from accessing their records or displayed a zero stability.
The issue appears to be widespread, with some reports claiming that more than 18, 000 customers have been affected by the problem so much. Users logged onto the social media platform X to share their experiences. Some objected to Bank of America’s failure to notify them of the problem.
According to , Downdetector, users have been reporting the topic since 9 a. m. Pacific period. The information comes from many major places, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Dallas, Chicago, New York and Boston. Consumers on the website also reported having trouble logging into their records through ATMs, wireless equipment, and online.
Customers on social media reported having trouble accessing their records or getting error messages stating that the account could not be retrieved and that the compromise compromise was absent. Some customers received a concept that the balance being displayed was from the preceding evening, while others only saw runs.
A request for comment was not instantly addressed by a Bank of America director.
