Florida’s state under Gov. On Thursday, Ron DeSantis (R-FL ) announced that it is suing the Biden– Harris administration for allegedly omitting illegal immigrants from state voter rolls.

In response to this administration’s crushing wave of illegal immigrants entering our country, Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody said on Fox News ‘ Fox and Friends First,” This shows how far the federal government will go to try to stop states ‘ efforts to protect our people and enforce our laws.”

According to Moody, states have attempted to put obstacles between legitimate citizens and the illegal immigration problems, but the federal government under the presidency has fought them in court.

” As Virginia and Alabama have had to remove their voting rolls to try and eliminate those who are not members, DOJ, Biden-Harris, have sued them”, she said. ” Today, Florida, in attempting to get information, which by the means DHS is required to maintain and operate with us to let us know who are noncitizens, they are playing games with that information”.

The attorney general claimed that the state’s election results in an open and transparent process because the state of Florida is unwilling to participate in these activities and has sued the administration for the release of the details.

It’s just so crucial to keep in mind that this is not about their plans, which have eliminated any protections and created new initiatives to attract more and more visitors,” Moody said. They are now engaged in aggressive battle and stifling our efforts to protect our own citizens.

” In the face of enormous barrier by Biden-Harris and DHS and Mayorkas, we’ll keep doing our work and pressing ahead on behalf the American people”, she said.

Every vote nationwide is asked to be ready to support their elected officials in a similar manner to that of Florida, according to Moody.

” If this administration continues to obstruct the government’s right to get that information, that membership position, from the federal government, they may do everything in their power to fight back, and that includes violent fits like Florida has done in this one”, Florida’s solicitor general said.

The administration’s lawsuit was filed in the Florida-Pensacola Division of the United States District Court.
