Elon Musk distributed funds to documented voters who pledged their support for the First and Second Amendments to the Constitution. For that audacious act of generosity and loyalty, the Harris-Biden Justice Department is threatening legal actions. Simply put, it’s natural political weaponization of the law because Musk — once adored by the Democrats — then backs their most despised social rival Donald Trump.
The Justice Department accuses Musk of breaking one of the federal statutes that, among other crimes, include paying for or registering to vote ( 52 USC 10307 c ).
Musk’s complaint commitment says:” By signing above, I am pledging my support for the First and Second Revisions”. Nothing does it mention that he is paying voters to cast ballots or that they have registered to cast ballots. Nor is the freebie an “illegal lottery”, as some other Democrats have alleged.
The Harris-Biden administration does n’t care about actual voter registration fraud. If they did, they would n’t be fighting states like Virginia, which are purging their voter records of unregistered voters. 1, 600 noncitizens were removed from Virginia’s voter rolls, and the Harris-Biden management sued to have them kept on their rolls. Luckily, the Supreme Court intervened, siding with Virginia.
Kamala Harris has made a promise to support candidates who cast ballots for her. She is promising state handouts —$ 25, 000 to buy a house and$ 20, 000 to start a company. The Justice Department has n’t yet opened an investigation into her” buying votes” tactic. Because Democrat contributors have paid “dark money” organizations for years to fraudulently targeted only particular voting blocs in political voter registration drives, that is only the tip of the iceberg.
They Won’t Sue If You’re Blue
Recent events in Pennsylvania indicate possible large-scale voter registration fraud by far-left-funded “dark income” parties. Field+Media Corps, a team working on behalf of the “progressive” party Everyone Votes, is apparently involved with submitting false voter registration applications in many counties across Pennsylvania. But the Harris-Biden Justice Department is passive on this topic.
A voter registration initiative called Everyone Seats, also known as the Voter Registration Project, is funded by entrepreneurs like Warren Buffett and George Soros. Barbara Fried, family to convicted conman Sam Bankman-Fried, is also a benefactor. Anyone Votes purports to be impartial, but only uses important Democratic voting blocs to win elections. Nellie Sires, a former president of the Democratic Party of Wisconsin and the regional director of Obama for America, is the senior director of the Voter Registration Project. This is hardly a non-partisan application.
Everybody Votes’ secretive draft letter states that its goal is to “reshape the electorate” and that it is the” single most effective technique for ensuring Democratic victories.” So much for non-partisan! In 2016 and 2020, this 501 ( c ) ( 3 ) tax-exempt organization spent$ 106 million targeting specific voters and reportedly worked with the Hillary Clinton campaign on shaping its strategy.
Democrats have been using this tax-exempt position for their own advantage for decades, but non-profit voter registration organizations are required to be non-partisan under federal law. Nobody Votes has not, of course, been charged because George Soros is their financial backer. The Democrats are n’t going to prosecute their own people. They may continue to improperly influence elections through their political voter registration drives until the dishonest Democrat machine is removed from power, as evidenced by the evidence in Pennsylvania.
These techniques to extort new voter registrations using low-level employees are not new. Consider the ACORN, the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Today? Barack Obama was one of their well-known area organizers. ACORN paid workers to enroll voters across the country, but legal activity plagued the business. Finally, they went out of business and at least 18 people were convicted on vote fraud claims. Those were the only people who were discovered.
Anyone Vote is this era’s ACORN. The Harris-Biden leadership is not intervening in their case because they are being accused of large voter registration fraud. Rather, they are weaponizing the Justice Department by attacking their political antagonism: Elon Musk.
When third-party organizations are aware that the Democrat Party wo n’t uphold the laws, they are encouraged to cheat. The Harris-Biden leadership used the bully pulpit and its authority to attack their political rivals for the previous four years. If they can use the Justice Department against a former leader, they can use it against people.
