Democrats in the fight Badger State claim to have an army of election spectators ready to watch on this Election Day. However, a volunteer who will be monitoring elections in Milwaukee is concerned about what he believes the GOP’s hesitant approach to assessing threats to election integrity.  ,
The cause, who asked to remain anonymous, attended a recent Zoom coaching session for counsel spectators led by the Republican National Lawyers Association. The cause sent the Zoom meeting’s video recording to The Federalist because he claimed he thought people who were in charge of maintaining election integrity might be preparing for that fateful Election Night. Despite the fact that the meeting was off the report and closed to the press, the source said.  ,
In a phone interview with me from Wisconsin, the veteran elections observer said,” This is the first time I had not heard, Do n’t be afraid to assert your rights.”  ,
The tracking lawyers ‘ job is to offer as a deterrent for wrongdoing and election fraud, but they must not be confrontational, according to RNLA trainers who led the program. That’s understandable tips from Milwaukee vote veterans who lived through the year 2020, when some poll watchers were prohibited from watching and others were threatened with treatment under the pretext of Covid distance restrictions.  ,
Power-tripping chief investigators may be on the verge of banishing spectators, especially in Milwaukee, Madison, and another deep blue Wisconsin towns with histories of transparency problems, as a fabricated tale is being promoted by commercial media that election workers are constantly in danger of “election deniers.”  ,
The RNLA Wisconsin coaching program went too far, according to the inside who spoke to The Federalist, by inserting deference into the mind of ballot observers.  ,
” Gentle Approach”
One of the trainers says to the attorneys on video that if they see an election established” just going through the motions,” rather than actually checking the voting for residence, “you may politely take that to the Chief Election Inspector’s interest as soon as you can.” The voting place is managed by the general inspector.  ,
One of the trainers mentioned a previous election incident where he “observed individuals effectively using get-out-the-vote cards as evidence of home.” He claimed that Democratic prosecutors witnessed “perhaps four or five people” hand out the cards to ballot workers, who they accepted. They did n’t rush in to question the clear election integrity issue, but instead chose to, well, observe.  ,
” But you’ve got to apply your wisdom”, the coach said. We kind of observed it a few times and discovered a lull in the action where there was n’t much going on. We talked to the chief inspector and told her,” Hey, we’ve observed some people using get-out-the-vote cards, which are obviously not proof of residence,” we said. And, to her credit, she went and had her conversation with those poll workers and they stopped doing that” . ,
” So, again, having that kind of delicate approach can work because, again, we do n’t want to be causing a scene and in that situation I feel like we did a good job in stopping that practice”, the trainer added. ” Yes, maybe there were a handful of individuals that voted that should n’t have, but in the grand scheme of things we stopped a potentially much larger problem from occurring” . ,
Maybe, but what about the four or five unsuitable seats? What about the one-man, one ballot principle? What about the adage “election dignity” that each libelous voting dilutionizes the votes cast by qualified voters? Despite the rejections of the companion advertising, voter fraud happens, and it can create a difference in the outcome of votes.  ,
Visit Me’ Chief ‘
The instructors for the Republican National Lawyers Association spoke in a tone of condescending tone, telling the monitors of the attorney polls that they enjoy using the chief inspectors ‘ power.  ,
” They do get a small regional often”, one of the instructors says. ” It’s their day”. He advised that watchers should refer to the leader of the vote site as” chief.” Stroke the personality. Respectful behavior is frequently successful.  ,
” If they’ve made a decision they do n’t like you and they’re going to kick you out, it’s going to happen. There really is no redress until after the point”, a trainer warned. ” The important thing is not that you win an argument with the election inspector, it’s that you’re there” . ,
The lawyer watchers are not in the company of confirmation, the trainers advised, noting that there is no way for them to assess simple recognition.  ,
” Verification based on Social Security numbers, we’re no investigating that”, one coach explained. There is no mechanism in the rules that can verify that if they have a Social Security Number and give [election investigators ] four figures and they put it on the type.
The same goes for membership.  ,
” It’s a package you check then. The instructor claimed that essentially, the voter swears this form under the terms of the perjury. An recognition program.
Membership is a major concern in this poll. According to The Federalist, hundreds of international citizens have appeared on voter rolls all over the nation. Wisconsin’s vote executive admits that “illegal registrants” are on the Badger States Voter spins. Just how many is not known. The Wisconsin Elections Commission is being sued in September by a lawsuit alleging the state’s Department of Transportation is using the tools to find noncitizens in the voter registration dataset.  ,
‘ What’s the Goal?  ,
The instructors who are leading the Republican National Lawyers Association classes inform against “making a field.”
You’re going to have to rely on these poll workers to perform their jobs, in part because we’d rather you do it than launch stifling the voter, right? One of the trainers makes a reference to watching how voters use their phones at the elections in the picture. We prefer that you watch something and not be able to notice the information, as opposed to not be there at all.
However, the attorney spectator who spoke to The Federalist queries what he believes to be an extremely careful view. Could a potentially cautious strategy cost down-stakeholder Republicans and former president Donald Trump the victory on the Wisconsin ballot? President Joe Biden, the Democrat Party’s prospect at the time, won the Badger State by less than 21, 000 vote in 2020.  ,
” What’s the goal”? The spectator who is experienced said. Win this vote quite is the goal. I think we will win, if we have a fair vote” . ,
Michael Thielen, executive director of the Republican , National Lawyers Association, said the goal “is an open, transparent and fair election” . ,
” That’s what we’re going for”, he told The Federalist Monday night in a phone interview. We think that light is the best detergent and that election officials are more likely to complete the right thing if they are aware that they are being watched.
He claimed that he supports what he called a fair method of monitoring elections and that poll watchers should n’t be “guns blazing” when raising concerns about election integrity. Usually, screens get better results when they quietly explain the obvious problem to elections leaders, he said.  ,
All that being said, Thielen did survive to the end of 2020, when Milwaukee’s Democrat-picked poll workers blocked spectators who were within 3- to 8-feet of ballot workers, as required by the law.
” 2020 was completely awful. In my opinion, what they did was totally inappropriate and unjust”, Thielen said. ” Spectators had to be far away when wearing the Covid mask.” It was purely political, trying to hide what they were doing” . ,
Access Denied
The game have now started in Milwaukee.  ,
The Milwaukee Municipal Corporation sued the city of Milwaukee on Monday, alleging that the Milwaukee Election Commission had no reason to restrict the number of election poll watchers at some electoral sites. First election, according to the petition, was the beginning of the limiting.  ,
Wisconsin citizens “deserve to know that poll watchers from both parties are present in the room as votes are cast and counted on Election Day,” RNC president Michael Whatley and co-chair Lara Trump said in a speech.
The party officials claimed that the RNC has no recruited and trained thousands of volunteers in the Badger State as a result of their decision to back down against misguided leaders who want to stop a significant amount of poll-watching transparency. ” This petition will urge Milwaukee officials to ensure the Republican Party has access to reliable surveys watchers.”
The RNC claimed that the restrictions are “arbitrary, but did state” that, in accordance with Wisconsin Public Radio, spectators may be content to reasonable limits.  ,
