Is the Biden-Harris government stocked with people who hate America? Here’s more information.
It got little notice while all the focus was on the race for the presidency, and besides, it happened and then did n’t happen so quickly. The genius of the 9 / 11 terrorism attacks, which claimed the lives of almost 3000 people and plunged the country into the present-day devastation, was given a sweetheart plea deal that spared them the death penalty in late July.  ,

Then only two days later, Biden/Harris Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin canceled the whole thing. This is less likely to be a case of common sense, many less patriotism, in the Biden program, as I once wrote, than it is an attempt to resolve a contentious campaign issue. And sure enough, now that the poll is over, the plea bargain is back on again. The Biden-Harris plan seems determined to cater to America’s enemies until it suddenly ends its reign of terror ( if all goes according to plan ) on Jan. 20, 2025.
The Associated Press reported on Thursday that Judge Matthew McCall and Air Force Col. had decided that the plea agreements may continue to be in power. However, there is some incredibly strange uncertainty regarding who exactly is in demand here. AP says that” McCall’s 29-page decision concludes that Austin lacked the constitutional power to toss out the plea deals, and acted very late, after Guantanamo’s best official now had approved the discounts”.
The Defense Secretary” immediately announced that he had relieved the official responsible for signing off on the frequently criticized appeal agreements from expert and would instead proclaim his personal authority in the problem,” according to the New York Post in explaining Austin’s withdrawal of the plea deal.

Austin then canceled the plea deal that the Office of Military Commissions had reached, explaining that he was asserting his own authority in the matter, which would mean that he assumed that his position as Defense Secretary had sway over the Office of Military Commissions. But now McCall, a military judge, is saying that Austin “lacked the legal authority to toss out the plea deals”.
This is more likely to be an excuse-making and evasion situation than a real turf war. The Secretary of Defense is almost certain to be aware of the ins and outs of the chain of command, just like any competent judge, and it’s unlikely that there will be any gray areas in this regard in our bureaucratic era.  ,
What’s happening here is not that McCall and Austin are n’t sure of who’s in charge, they just do n’t want to come out and state honestly what is really going on, which is this: the Biden-Harris regime wants the plea deal. However, it is aware that it would have cost Harris money during the campaign, so Austin canceled it. Now the campaign is over, and the regime, on its way out, is comparatively indifferent to how anti-American it looks, and so the deal is back on.
The fact that a deal to end the death penalty for 9/11 plotters has been in the works for a while confirms this. According to people with knowledge of the discussions, prosecutors have begun discussions with Khalid Shaikh Mohammed’s lawyers and those of his four co-defendants to reach a potential plea deal that would lower the possibility of the execution. This was reported in the New York Times in March 2022.

When the plea deal was first announced, Rep. Mike Rogers (R-Ala. ), chairman of the House Armed Services Committee, wrote to Austin, saying that the deal was “unconscionable” and declaring” I, along with much of our nation and Congress, are deeply shocked and angered by news that the terrorist mastermind and his associates who planned the September 11, 2001 terror attacks, which killed nearly 3000 innocent people, were offered a plea deal”.
House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky. ), meanwhile, wrote to Biden, excoriating him for the White House Security Council’s claim that Old Joe “played no role in the negotiations”. Given how ridiculous this decision is, Comer wrote,” It is understandable, but it is far from believable or appropriate. White House officials and you, as President and Commander in Chief, would attempt to distance your Administration from it.” You are allowing these terrorists to avoid receiving the death penalty, showing our allies that the United States is reluctant to pursue full justice for those who attack our country.”
Republicans should address this issue once more and send a clear message to our allies that the United States wo n’t do it when it does so. President-elect Trump should put this on his to-do list.
