If things , had n’t  , worked out as they did on Tuesday, with Democrat pollsters calling this presidential race too close to call Donald Trump could have lost the election because of the , government ‘s , bad math. Was that terrible mathematics on purpose? Was it part of the# Weight? Great questions. This look at the evidence.

The Heritage , Foundation ‘s , go-to elections savant Hans von Spakovsky discovered a ,” shocking”  , anomaly in 2020 , Census Bureau numbers. Worse, the anomalous numbers were revealed in the ,” corrected”  , government follow-up report two years later, in 2022. Those math problems occurred in 14 state, the majority considered to be red state.  ,
Spakovsky , reports that , Trump was deprived , of nine additional Electoral College votes because of the numbers , andKamala Harris , was accorded , six she , should n’t  , have gotten.  ,
Here ‘s , how that happened in the 2020 Census and the follow-up Post-Enumeration Survey ( PES ), according to , Spakovsky:
As a result of these errors, Texas and Florida did not each obtain two more parliamentary seats. However, two other states, Minnesota and Rhode Island, each retained a parliamentary seats that they should have lost, and Colorado gained a new chair to which it was rightfully no entitled.
Because these errors are based on the number of senators and representatives in each state, the damages caused by these errors go beyond just parliamentary picture.
In a follow-up content, Spakovsky wrote that this algebra problem went typically one method.
It undercounted the groups of Arkansas, Florida, Illinois, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Texas, while overcounting the populations of Delaware, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Utah. The errors ranged from a low of 1.49 % to a high of 6.79 %.  ,

Texas missed getting another parliamentary seats by , 89 people , due to the math problem.

Trump may have gotten more votes from Texas and Florida, according to those problems.
This is what next Tuesday’s chart revealed.
In a subsequent Daily Wire article, Spakovsky claimed that seven parliamentary seats were shifted because illegal aliens now living in the country were counted in the Census also before Kamala and Joe’s borders plans worsened the situation.  ,
The Congressional Research Service released a report in 2015 outlining what would happen if the resulting distribution was entirely based on the population. That would have resulted in the CRS shifting seven parliamentary seats.  ,
Gaining one seat each ( with the 2024 winner noted ): Louisiana ( Trump ), Missouri ( Trump ), Montana ( Trump ), North Carolina ( Trump ), Ohio ( Trump ), Oklahoma ( Trump ), and Virginia ( Harris ). California ( Harris ) would lose four Electoral College Votes and four congressional seats.  ,
Trump may have gotten three more Electoral College votes from those states since he won Florida and Texas. Kamala Harris should have had three Electoral College votes deducted from her full with her gets in Colorado, Minnesota, and Rhode Island.  ,
This theft , of seven congressional seats from the American people will be a mistake that keeps on unjustly giving and taking unless , there ‘s , a course correction.  ,

” Listen, California, which has the biggest population of illegal aliens in the country” , , von Spakovsky said on the , radio , on Friday,  , “if apportionment , was  , based , on citizen population,  , they ‘d , probably lose at least four congressional seats and maybe more”.
Even worse, legislative picture will continue to change as a result of the country’s recent four-year immigration storm.  , That ‘s , a , huge , democratic transition and the reason why the remaining fought President Trump 45 hammer and axe to preserve him from asking a citizen problem for the 2020 Census.  ,
The left called Trump racist for wanting to ask this problem,  ,” Is this , a , person , a citizen of the United States” ? , Democrats threw up that straw because adding illegal aliens gains their social community.  ,
A , two-year-long , constitutional struggle ensued after Trump brought a 2019 complaint.
Here ‘s , state-run-media , NPR ‘s , report at the time:  ,
The Supreme Court ruled in the majority view that the Trump administration’s extraordinary efforts in 2019 had been” contradicted” by the use of the Voting Rights Act as the stated justification for the question, as Chief Justice John Roberts had stated in the majority viewpoint.  ,
Prior to Trump’s decision to finally release a national letter in 2020 calling for the unparalleled exclusion of illicit immigrants from a significant number of census numbers, earlier leaks of inner documents and official statements by Trump officials indicated their desire to use citizenship data to challenge the state’s longstanding practice of redistributing congressional seats and Electoral College votes.

Spakovsky claims that the non-citizens receiving legislative representation have additional, real-world repercussions. The number of people a condition receives in a state determines how much money the federal government will give it.  ,
Spakovsky says suing the government over loss of money may be effective because says may point to the 2022 , follow-up , statement to make the event. But,  , that ‘s , not the case , when it comes to , suing over the most , important , dispute – , less congressional representation. States , ca n’t  , point to the 2022 verification based on statistical , sampling , to prove that in court.
Of course, Congress has the authority to amend and amend the laws to fix these obscene issues.
The Census Bureau has one work: matter properly. Curiously, the same types of math problems did not occur in 2010. But if the Bureau apparatchiks  , ca n’t  , do math due to Trump Derangement , Syndrome , they need to go.  ,
And , do n’t  , move those bean counters to the Labor Department. Those Einsteins counted 900, 000 absurd work last year in Joe , Biden ‘s , bad , business.
Had Donald Trump , not ,” swamped the election”  , and not made the election ,” too big to rig” , , we might be talking about President Kamala Harris right now.  , Trump would  , have been , pilloried , and mocked because he , could n’t  , pull out enough Electoral Eollege votes.  ,

All because some Census Bureau workers made an error during , Trump ‘s , first word.
