Trump will resurrect our defense once more!  ,
After Barack Obama left it a disaster, he once again did it, and now he has a program to reinvigorate the government’s role in national protection and put an end to all the “woke” guidelines that have made our military a laughingstock on the international stage. Trump is now creating a “warrior board” to evaluate the leadership qualities of existing officers as his transition team progresses.

The Trump change team is considering a draft administrative order, which would create a “warrior board” of senior military officers with the authority to review three- and four-star commanders and to propose dismissal of those found unfit for leadership, according to the Wall Street Journal.  ,
According to a review of the purchase that The Wall Street Journal reviewed, Donald Trump’s approval may expedite the removal of generals and admirals who were found to become “lacking in appropriate leadership qualities.” But it could also make a chilling effect on major military officers, given the president-elect’s earlier pledge to fire “woke commanders”, referring to officers seen as promoting variety in the ranks at the cost of military preparation.  ,
Trump may appoint any official at will, but the outside board’s people would pass the Pentagon’s standard promotion process, letting the military know that he intends to clean a number of generals and admirals.  ,
The document executive order describes plans for a new assessment process focused on “leadership ability, proper preparation, and dedication to military excellence”. However, it does n’t detail specific criteria or materials that officers would need to submit to demonstrate these standards. One change official told the Wall Street Journal that the document order was just one of many senior actions Trump’s incoming administration is reviewing. It was developed by one of many physical policy groups advising the transition team.

The proposed “warrior table,” which would be made up of retired generals and noncommissioned officers, may examine the nation’s current military leaders and make recommendations for the president. Within 30 times, employees who have been removed from their positions may be required to step down.
According to those with knowledge of the plan discussions, Trump’s demands for the removal of what he sees as failed commanders, including those responsible for the chaotic 2021 withdrawal from Afghanistan, would be in range with his demands. Trump has stated that he will demand that all commanders involved in the removal retire by “noon on Inauguration Day.”
The president-elect announced the move at a campaign event in October, promising to eliminate diversity training for the military and to establish a task force to track down the “woke commanders.”  ,
” They’re gone”, Trump said of those commanders, without naming certain soldiers.  ,
One feared possible goal of Trump’s threatened clean could get Air Force Gen. CQ Brown, Jr., the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, according to two protection authorities. Brown discussed the impact that the movement had had on him and how it felt to advance through the ranks as a Black fighter pilot during the 2020 George Floyd protests.

Trump’s transition team is currently reviewing an executive order, but final approval will depend, according to sources close to the process. The effectiveness of the proposed “warrior board”, designed to assess military leadership, will hinge on Trump’s Defense Secretary to execute its recommendations. Trump did not yet designate Pete Hegseth as his secretary of defense at the time of the report.
Pete Hegseth is completely in agreement with it.
