It was a big deal when President Trump and Joe Rogan sat down for a radio meeting. The meeting went for a complete three hours, fully unedited. It was a huge hit, accumulating more than 50 million landscapes.

Kamala’s inclusion on the radio was a huge deal for the Harris-Walz strategy. Do the election have changed if it had been made? No, but the campaign was aware that it would have been the most effective way to appeal to female voters, and some Democrats were outraged and hoped it would have changed things.
The campaign is still trying to explain why the interview did n’t take place now that the election is over. I’m sorry, but the current claim from Jennifer Palmieri, a senior adviser to Doug Emhoff, does n’t pass the smell test, and it reeks of post-defeat blame game garbage.
” There was a backlash with some of our progressive staff that did n’t want her to be on it, and how there would be a backlash”, Palmieri said on Wednesday, according to a , report , from the Financial Times.
Palmieri also said media leaking that Harris was in talks to perform Rogan’s present created a “very strange powerful” with the podcaster.
At a meeting convened by The Clearing House, a payments company owned by big US businesses, Palmieri said,” All of a sudden he’s on his feet about how his audience is going to relate to this, and the expectations that they were going to put on him.
A remark request from Harris ‘ campaign was hardly received by a plan representative.
The blame game must not have gone through properly at KamalaHQ, yet, and Palmieri immediately backtracked in a blog on X/Twitter. She claimed there that due to scheduling issues, the meeting always took place, and that the vice chairman was prepared to do it.

Rogan for his portion claimed that he was open to accepting some restrictions imposed by the campaign, which surprised me. The campaign also wanted to know if the meeting would be edited, which was n’t surprising to me.
” There was a few restrictions of things they did n’t want to talk about, but I said,’ I do n’t give a f**k.’ I go,’ Get her in here, like whatever you want to talk about.’ And they want to hear if I edit”, Rogan said. ” I’m like,’ There’s not going to be any proofreading, there’s no processing. We’re not going to modify.'”
Why would the battle want to know this, unless they were hoping there would be an option for Kamala’s solutions to become altered to make her sound better, like what happened with her “60 Minutes” meeting?
There’s more evidence that Palmieri’s explanation for why the interview did n’t happen is pure bunk. While she claims it was down to a scheduling issue, Rogan claims that he was willing to accommodate Kamala’s schedule to document the meeting while she was in Texas for a renowned rally where Beyoncé spoke for a brief period of time on October 25.
You could look at this and say,” Oh, you’re being a diva,” but she had an opportunity to come when she was in Texas, right? And I actually gave them an empty invitation”, Rogan asserted at the time. ” I said,’ Remotely.’ I said,’ If she’s done at 10, we’ll come up around at 10.’ I go,’ I’ll do it at 9 in the morning, I’ll do it at 10 p. m., I’ll do it at nightfall if she’s away, she wants to, you know, drink a Red Bull and f****n’ group on.'”

But the Harris-Walz campaign did n’t take him up on the offer.

Rogan went out of his way to handle Harris, and the plan passed. But, was this really a scheduling problem? Certainly not. Was this really about issues of reaction? Come on, actually? How many people believed she should make a radio to appeal to adult citizens?  ,
Why do n’t we just be honest about why the interview did n’t happen? Harris mostly avoided conversations with warm-knit systems and interviewers because she is a sad off-the-cuff. The battle wanted to know whether the meeting may be edited because of this. They were aware that Kamala could n’t handle the interview without coming off as foolish. They could n’t and still ca n’t say this, so the blame game is being waged. Plain and simple.
