Donald Trump, the president-elect, has a Democratic combination, but he might encounter obstacles in putting his America First agenda into practice, and not because of Democrats. Republicans ‘ lake animals, such as Texas Sen. John Cornyn, are signaling their intention to destroy Trump’s cabinet nominees because they pose a threat to the strong position.
Matt Gaetz, a former Republican representative from Florida, was chosen as solicitor common by Trump. Prior to March of 2021, Gaetz “had been a powerful and influential words in Congress fighting the Washington elite’s worsening impulses and power abuses,” according to my partner John Daniel Davidson.
Gaetz took on the Democrats headfirst, exposing the deep-state’s lies during the Russia collusion hoax and sounding the alarm on Washington’s excessive ( and perhaps unconstitutional ) response to the Jan. 6 riot and the weaponized Department of Justice prosecutions targeting everyday Americans caught up in the political crackdown.
But” Gaetz could n’t very well critique the Department of Justice for their political prosecutions if he was a pariah who everyone thought was a pedophile”, as The Federalist’s Editor-in-Chief Mollie Hemingway wrote.
In 2021, The New York Times published an article claiming Gaetz could be a kid sex trafficker in an anonymous source. According to another private article released by The Washington Post, the story provided Democrats with 18 months of source material before the prosecution decided not to file charges against Gaetz.
Cornyn, a marsh thing, is stoking the pedophile hoax to destroy Trump and Gaetz, though.

” I think that there should not be any restrictions on the Senate Judiciary Committee’s research, including whatever the House Ethics Committee has generated”, Cornyn told reporters.
His remarks came only one day before the House Ethics Committee was scheduled to meet on Friday to vote on whether to launch its findings, according to The Hill.
But why is Cornyn so eager to obtain a statement that the committee has omitted from the public? ( Surely the committee would have released the findings if they had merited review by Cornyn. )
Because Cornyn and his associates are getting ready to “high-tech lynching” any Trump nominee they do n’t like, according to Justice Clarence Thomas. Thomas was notably despised by the Judiciary Committee, which therefore represented Sen. Joe Biden, for a number of absurd claims.
Republicans ‘ establishment figures like Cornyn, who are more concerned with protecting their pond interests than Trump’s perspective for change, are ultimately Trump’s only enemies of his America First agenda. The latest instance of a baseless Republican establishment that is desperate to hold onto power by resurrecting baseless smears to thwart important nominations is Corny n’s crusade against Gaetz.
Democrats have two options: to battle the lake or to reshape it.
