Democrats spent a lot of time fighting as the “party of children’s right” this year, but if you’ve been paying close attention recently, they’re something but.. unless your top priority in life is getting an pregnancy. It’s an affront to assume that I’m going to voting for you because you support pregnancy, in itself. Their preferred Supreme Court justices, uh, are incapable of actually defining a woman.  ,

Right then, as a woman, I have more pressing issues on my head. I need my grocery bill not to be$ 300 a week. Without paying taxes on top dollar or losing customers in an economy that spooks everyone, I need to be able to run my little company. Without worrying about an increase in crime in my area, I need to be able to go for a walk or run. I want to protect myself from foreign nations and their citizens who want to hurt me and that my nation remain strong and secure.  ,
And I need for all of my own people to be able to participate in sports — professional, college, amateurs, children, or otherwise — without having people on their team. Fortunately, some college players have had enough of this type of nonsense, and they’re taking legal action.  ,  ,
Ten other school players have filed a complaint against San Jose State, including San Jose State tennis player Brooke Slusser, SJSU interact mind coach Melissa Batie-Smoose, and the Mountain West Conference, the NCAA Division I event that the school works. The people claim that SJSU’s decision to allow a transgender athlete to play tennis violated their Title IX right.  ,  ,

According to ESPN, “one of the allegations in the complaint is that SJSU coach Todd Kress gave the person in question preferential care, that the Mountain West changed its transgender athlete participation legislation without adhering to meeting process, and that the conference promoted an unsafe environment by allowing the athlete to play,” according to the lawsuit.  ,
According to Fox News, the transgender player’s “physical dominance” caused a number of female athletes to be turned down for scholarships. In a game between Colorado State and Colorado State, the lawsuit documents also suggest that Slusser and another player had a plan in place to have the ball spike right at her head.  ,
Batie-Smoose attempted to defend the team’s girls by speaking with Kress and filing a Title IX complaint after learning about the plan, but she was suspended from the program. Slusser recalled losing her coach as” they took away the only safe space we had.” She claimed that the university was silencing those who were only attempting to defend what is right.  ,
The Mountain West Conference claimed that the lawsuit “prioritizes the best interests of our student-athletes and takes great care to adhere to NCAA and MW policies,” but SJSU has since stated they are reviewing it. Slusser has made numerous media appearances over the past few weeks, claiming that the majority of her team’s and other US athletes support her but are afraid to speak out, so she is speaking out on their behalf. Michelle Tafoya, a former NFL sideline reporter, applauded Slusser’s candor and said more women should speak out for the truth on Fox News. She added:  ,

It has asked common people to reject the idea that men and women are different from one another, not just taking spots off of women on teams or winning awards off of women on teams. It is making people shut up and refuse to acknowledge the existence of biological differences between men and women. You do n’t see women going over and playing in men’s sports, women who identify as men, they do n’t go into that avenue because they would n’t survive it. But men are coming over to the women’s side… you are imposing on this team, on this conference, on these players, and on all of us, that we just shut up and deny the facts of  , life”.
Personally, I do n’t understand what’s so difficult about that. Do a quick Google search and you’ll see numerous people calling Slusser a “bigot” and crying about how she’s trying to take” trans rights” away from people. That part, I suppose, I missed. If you feel that you are transgender, go for it. You do you. Become a volleyball team! However, you do n’t have the right to demand that science be refuted and that you feel included in the rest of the world. Sometimes, you have to play by the rules or you simply do n’t get to play at all.  ,
Serena Williams, arguably one of the greatest female athletes of our time, will explain to me that even she would lose to a professional tennis player because men are typically quicker and stronger.  ,
