Tom Homan, the approaching Trump Border Czar, reiterated earlier commitments he had made that he would handle the imprisonment of “nine out of ten” of the millions of workers the Biden plan allowed to pour over the boundary.

Tom Homan shows up in November of last year, just a twink in the eye of MAGA ( here ).
When he said,” If he goes again, I go back,” I promised President Trump. Because of the millions of people being released in this state, nine out of ten will receive an order of treatment based on multiculturalism court data, I’m going to conduct the largest imprisonment operation this nation has ever seen.  ,
A prosecutor orders them to be removed. We’re going to get them and we’re gonna replace them. If there’s no consequence, we ca n’t fix the border. We’re going to include a result in the Trump administration.

Vigilant News text ( with more emphasis added ):

We’ll give you a reading, but at a reading, if you lose, you’re going to go home. Because if we do n’t, if that court order does n’t mean anything, then what the hell are we doing? … The directions are irrelevant.
According to me, the unquestionable authority that Trump now has to advance his mission is what this kind of rhetorical persistence speaks to. He won not only by a disaster, but also by being very explicit about his priorities as president with his surrogates.
