You can be certain that Big Pharma’s minions are already gearing up with round after round of violent character death and deception in the Republican-led Senate, where Robert F. Kennedy Jr. will undoubtedly face a difficult assurance battle.

However, RFK Jr.’s biggest challenge as Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services ( HHS) to President Donald Trump may not be those volleys. No, his biggest issue could easily be caused by the deeply ingrained career civil service bureaucracy and its ideologically destructive program ram, which promotes the debunked theory of diversity, equity, and inclusion ( DEI ).
Bottomless lies claim that every human being’s skin colour is based on its own personality, and its connotation that one’s perspective, routine, and thought-processes are shaped by the color of one’s body.
That is, if you are a white person or woman, you are unavoidably racist and a recipient of the” White Privilege,” which reportedly serves as the explanation for the Constitution, the political structure it establishes, and every regulation that has ever been passed since 1789.
What on earth does DEI have to do with COVID nature, vaccine rumors, billions of tax-funded self-serving research grants, a profoundly reinforced buddy system that protects the insiders, and the constantly expanding scope of aggressive governmental regulations that are rapidly destroying what was once the world’s finest health care system, Tapscott?
Plain. DEI is the idea of the weapon for the Left’s long-running supremacy of the 2.1 million-member national career legal services. You are by definition a bigoted instrument of White Privilege, who has no trust, and you must both be isolated or completely removed from government services if you oppose any of the Left’s preferred efforts, regulations, or administration initiatives.

There was still room for open discussion and divergences of opinion within the career bureaucracy during the Reagan administration, when I was a member of the US Office of Personnel Management ( OPM), which oversaw the civil service. Irrespective of whether or not they agreed with the Pendleton Civil Service Act of 1883, relics remained of the assumption that professional legal workers would bring out the policies of elected President.
As the Baby Boomer generation of occupation employees goes and are replaced by younger, much more ideologically motivated people who are deeply influenced by leftist ideologies and who mock the very notion of skilled independence among public employees, that is quickly losing memory.
A recent analysis from Open the Books ( OTB ) reveals just how deeply invested the DEI Establishment has become in HHS:
With a budget that is only surpassed by the Pentagon, the Department of Health and Human Services employs 294 La staff annually for$ 38.7 billion.  , That’s does n’t even include another$ 29.4 million in payroll for seven Offices of Minority Health embedded within various HHS agencies! Despite having a focus on DEI, related initiatives have permeated almost every departmental place.
OTB examined the most recent HHS budget request made to Congress by the incoming administration of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, more illustrating the extent of DEI appearance. The phrase” Equity” was found 829 days in the document. OTB draws attention to this:

Producing funds pour out across the country to achieve equity and” justice” in public health — to Black churches recruited to push vaccinations, to universities for hiring various scientists, and to specific referral for anyone from criminals, to the LGBTQ+ community, to the indigenous, and…doulas? ?
Executive Order 14305, which was signed by Biden, one of the most prominent DEI advocates, reads like something Ibram X. Kendi and Robin DiAngelo, two of whom are both the most prominent DEI supporters, gave the DEI push “whole of government” presidential approval.
Biden’s EO contains a few paragraphs that demonstrate why it is unnecessary to spend hundreds of millions of dollars on hiring bureaucrat battalions of bureaucrats to enforce DEI principles on federal employees and programs and effectively undermines existing laws prohibiting racial discrimination in hiring and promotions in the civil service.
Here’s the first paragraph, where Biden declares:
As the nation’s largest employer, the federal government must be a model for diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility, where all employees are treated with dignity and respect.  , Accordingly, the federal government must strengthen its ability to recruit, hire, develop, promote, and retain our nation’s talent and remove barriers to equal opportunity. It must also provide resources and opportunities to strengthen and advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility across the federal government.”

Without a doubt, that statement makes no sense, despite the unstated premise that the government “must now” provide resources and opportunities to ensure its hiring practices” to ensure its works to remove barriers to equal opportunity” and advance” DEI” across the federal government.
What does Biden’s EO say about this paragraph if it accurately describes the state of the federal workforce?
According to the Federal Merit System, the Federal Government’s recruitment policies should” try to achieve a work force from all social classes” and that [a]ll employees and employment applicants should receive fair and equitable treatment in all aspects of personnel management” ( 5 U. S. C. 2301 b ) ( 1 ), ( 2 ) ).  ,
The federal government already prohibits racial discrimination in all aspects of hiring and promotion and requires a workforce that represents all levels of American society, according to that paragraph.
Let’s not forget that the 1964 Civil Rights Act and numerous other laws and regulations passed by the time also helped to create a workforce that “looks like America,” “looks like America,” and more.
According to the OPM DEI office, 18.19 percent of all federal career workers are black, but blacks make up 13.6 percent of the general population, according to the U. S. Census Bureau. Similarly, Asians make up 6.49 percent of the federal workforce and 6.4 percent of the general population.

The one ethnic group that still lags in the federal workforce, according to these data sources, is Hispanics, who make up 9.53 percent of the federal workforce and 19.5 percent of the federal population.
In other words, the system produced the federal workforce that DEI advocates continue to accuse it of not having. So why impose and empower DEI to achieve what is already a documented reality?
But do n’t expect RFK Jr.’s detractors to mention these facts. Here are more facts OTB uncovered that will not be mentioned in the New York Times, Washington Post, CNN, MSNBC, CBS, ABC or NBC:
” We identified 92 DEI employees working directly under HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra, most of them at the Office of Equal Employment Opportunity, Diversity &, Inclusion. For a total of 294, there are separate diversity offices for each of the seven subagencies, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention ( CDC ) and the National Institutes of Health ( NIH). Each has its own complex infrastructure of 202 employees.
” Most of these workers — 247 of them — made over$ 100, 000 in base salary for FY 2023. Four of them made more than$ 200, 000. Benefits typically represent an additional 30 % of base salaries.  , The Food and Drug Administration alone has three separate related DEI entities: an Office of EEO and Diversity Management, a DEI Working Group and a DEI Center of Excellence”.

Expect these well-paid ideological battalions to leave quietly. However, Elon Musk, Vivek Ramaswamy, and the Department of Government Efficiency ( DOGE ) might be able to resolve that issue for RFK Jr.
