The Department of Justice’s eight years have been a hazard for the rule of law. President Donald Trump struggled under the pressure of the spacious cleverness and law enforcement agency that controlled the Russia collusion hoax throughout his second term in office.
By erroneously advising social media platforms that a computer containing corroborating information about the Biden household company was Russian disinformation, it allegedly interfered with the 2020 election. Under President Joe Biden, the division ran two norm-obliterating political indictments against Trump in an effort to solitude, bankrupt, arrest, and beat him.
Alternatively of rooting out the problem at the office, most of continuous D. C. did absolutely everything in reply. The chattering group was shocked when Trump nominated devoted base man Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fl., to serve as attorney general and correct DOJ.
Gaetz had demonstrated to be one of the DOJ’s most powerful opponents of corruption and was unwilling to step down in the face of enormous public pressure. Gaetz has a small amount of practice law experience and does not fit the educational background of some earlier attorneys general.
Many Americans are sick of the media pundits and elected officials who have n’t done anything in response to the DOJ’s attempt to end the nation through its abuse of the rule of law. Some prominent individuals in Washington, D.C. are attempting to thwart the election by releasing a statement from the House Ethics Committee that may attempt to link Gaetz to sexist allegations involving child sex trafficking, just to name a few.
The review comes years after It discontinued its investigation into the same allegations because the two main witnesses had significant credibility issues. However, these two main witnesses are the same ones that the House Ethics Committee has relied on to provide its vital report on Gaetz. They are also leaking to cooperative writers as part of a planned campaign to thwart his nomination as Donald Trump’s incoming attorney general.
A John with a Story of Scams Against Sex
The two testimony have serious trust issues. The states arose from Joel Greenberg, “one of the most crooked Florida officials of all time”, according to Florida writer Marc Caputo, who is now with the anti-Trump media store The Bulwark.
The original Seminole County tax collection admitted to a number of items, including falsely accusing local political opposition Brian Beute of having intercourse with a slight, in contrast to the outrageous say he made against Gaetz in a wide-ranging situation he is currently serving 11 years in prison. Eventually, Greenberg allegedly used pornographic pictures of children to shape his own attorney. One New York Times writeup of Greenberg was headlined,” Like the Tiger King Got Elected Tax Collector”.
Greenberg admitted to making “fabricated allegations” against a teacher who was attempting to collect taxes for him. Similar to the Gaetz situation, Greenberg claimed in false words that the professor had an improper intimate connection with a student. U. S. District Judge Gregory Presnell, appointed by President Bill Clinton, said Greenberg’s steps against that honest victim were “downright evil“.
Also outrageous for the Court to even consider.
In an effort to pursue their most hated political adversaries, most notably past and upcoming President Trump, the political DOJ employees have shown themselves ready to explore tale legal theories and bend federal regulations until they are no longer necessary. From his position on the House Judiciary Committee, Gaetz has a reputation for being one of the most tough cross-examinationers of DOJ leaders.
Yet even the DOJ was willing to utilize Greenberg’s baseless claims — aside from leaking them to the media to injure Gaetz’s status. In 2022, they announced that the research was over.
The House Ethics Committee, however, decided to pick up the dropped and deflated game and work with it a whole month after DOJ dropped the research. The New York Times and other media sources received news about Greenberg’s involvement with the House Ethics Committee.
A Gaetz official said at the time that the media advertising” should not be laundering slanders from people in prison.” Gaetz speculated that the House ethics investigation was a sentence for his primary role in the contentious defenestration of Republican House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, a resentment that many of his Republican colleagues felt.
By highlighting his colleagues ‘ suspicious stock trades, the vibrant consultant and Trump ally has gained a few buddies on the Hill. Due to settling down and marrying Ginger Luckey in 2021, he had a standing in Washington for dating numerous women and being a partier.
2023 Lawsuit Sheds Light On Accusers
A little-known complaint from 2023 provides some insight into Greenberg and the Gaetz scheme’s two people. One of these girls, according to Greenberg, had intercourse with Gaetz when she was a minimal. The other person is her lifelong companion and friend, two years older, who has officially corroborated her sister’s says.
Greenberg was found guilty of crimes that included his continued physical activity with the 17-year-old. He met her on a website for young women who are willing to have intercourse with older people and older people who have income. The process matches” sugar mommies” with” sugar children” and is considered a form of adultery. The girl lied about her time when she registered on the website, and the married Greenberg claims he was unaware that she was a slight when he began having intercourse with her.
According to the lawsuit, Greenberg “became persistent” in demanding Gaetz ‘ assistance in getting a pardon for his numerous crimes. According to Greenberg, when he was constantly told that this would n’t happen, he declared that he would get retribution for those who allegedly refused to assist him when he was in need.
According to the lawsuit, Greenberg began making allegations that Gaetz and a number of other Republicans and local entrepreneurs were involved in his criminal behavior at this point. Greenberg was paying the legal costs of Gaetz’s defendant. He allegedly lied about Gaetz to “reduce his personal prison word”, according to the complaint.
In a letter Gaetz sent to the House Ethics Committee in September, the former claim was supported. When Greenberg admitted “making things up about” Gaetz in a bid to shorten what might have been a 27-year jail sentence, Gaetz revealed a email from a prison accomplice who shared a holding cell with Greenberg. He was later sentenced to 11 years for his role in sex trafficking, identity fraud, public problem involving taxpayer funds and agreements, stalking, and securing false national organization loans.
The inmate was reportedly referred to as Greenberg by two former federal agents, who had spoken with her when she claimed that the woman she had sex with as a minor “would be willing to adopt Greenberg’s lie in hopes of a future financial benefit.”
In legal documents and news reports, the woman is referred to as” A.” B”. Chris Dorworth, a former state representative and friend of Gaetz, filed a lawsuit in 2023 that alleges Greenberg lied in A. B. performed derogatory online deeds for money and said he would follow her orders because he paid her legal bills. Dorworth even acknowledged that he was paying for her legal expenses in a text message.
” I’m having to pay for]A. B.] to retain lawyer”, Greenberg wrote in a text to Dorworth. They reached out to her and have her speak. She does n’t want to talk to them. The link was presumably Venmo. I need help with this”.
According to the lawsuit, Greenberg’s conversation with various people about his issues led to their consternation frequently coming to mind. After speaking with Greenberg’s lawyer, Dorworth texted Greenberg,” I have nothing to do with any of this and think it is incredibly uncool you are trying to lawyer me up to be part of it, Joel. Not. F–king. Cool”.
According to the lawsuit, the younger woman has since become an “active participant” on OnlyFans and has appeared in stage-name porn videos. According to reports, Greenberg and Greenberg had credibility issues when she and the DOJ were denied access to the information they had disclosed to the House Ethics Committee prior to the investigation’s conclusion. The woman was described as “essentially a prostitute,” according to Judge Presnell.
The DOJ decided that Gaetz ‘ accusers had such grave credibility issues that they had no way to charge him with crimes. The House Ethics Committee has only ever brought up those same allegations against unreliable witnesses.
The people who govern Washington appear to be more interested in using the accusations to stop a political opponent than they are in the Democrat-funded Russia collusion dossier and the Washington Post’s unsubstantiated report against then-federal judge Brett Kavanaugh.
