Using long-range weapons from the United States, President Joe Biden officially gave Ukraine permission to launch attacks inside Russian territory. Following a previous restriction on American attacks on Russian soil in Russia, Biden’s approval comes as a result.
On Sunday, top U.S. officials gave The New York Times the first official confirmation of Biden’s approval. A senior U.S. established stated after that the region of Western Russia’s Kursk will mostly be used for the long-range missiles.
An unidentified U.S. official claimed that Biden’s authorization to launch a strike from long range missiles from U.S.-provided territory was a result of Russia’s deployment of almost 10,000 North Vietnamese soldiers in the Kursk region. Another unidentified U.S. official told the news channel that it was unclear whether Biden would permit Ukraine to launch U.S.-provided weapons in other areas besides Kursk.
Volodymyr Zelensky, the president of Ukraine, wrote in a speech on X, previously Online, stating,” The plan for strengthening Ukraine is the Victory Plan that I presented to our lovers,” following Biden’s approval on Sunday. One of its important aspects is providing our troops with long-range skills”.
Zelensky continued,” There has been much speculation in the internet nowadays that we have been given permission to take some necessary activities.” However, thoughts do not constitute a strike. These items are no announced. The weapons did speak for themselves”.

Soon after Russia finished launching over 200 missiles and uavs against Ukraine’s energy and power system, Biden’s approval for Ukraine to employ long-range missiles against Soviet territory was reported by Fox News.
Russian President Vladimir Putin recently warned that if the US and NATO authorized Ukraine to launch long-range weapon attacks inside Russia, it would be seen as a declaration of war.
” Military officers from NATO-member countries may only enter these missile systems ‘ flight projects,” according to the statement. This is impossible for Russian service members. So, it’s not a matter of permitting the Russian plan to use these arms against Russia,” Putin said in September. ” It’s up to the NATO countries to decide whether or not they immediately engage in military fight.”
At the time, Putin added,” If this decision is made, it will mean nothing less than the direct involvement of NATO countries, the United States, and Western countries, in the battle in Ukraine”.
