Democrats are n’t even making an effort to conceal their desire to defame results. The county commission voted 2-1 to reject a decision from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court regarding how vote should be tallied in Bucks County just last week. Democrats Robert Harvie Jr. and Diane Marseglia, both aware of the illegal nature of their actions, approved the counting of 124 poorly signed ballots. This rebellion was intentional, not an injury.
” Citizens can violate laws any way they want,” Marseglia said,” but we all know that law by a court is irrelevant in this country.” Therefore, I believe that I violate this legislation because I want a judge to be interested in it.
While they’ve managed to matter a few improper vote here and there, significantly chipping away at McCormick’s result, Casey remains without a path to victory. The McCormick plan is now attempting to reverse the election’s outcomes by blocking rogue counties from counting improper votes in an attempt to overturn the results.

Liberals, including Mr. Casey’s plan lawyers, say the rebellion is grounded in protecting voters ‘ rights according to the state law. Republicans vow to file legal actions against local leaders who have flagrantly defied the state’s highest court on Monday, calling it electioneering on Mr. Casey’s behest. The state Supreme Court has been requested by the McCormick plan, the Republican National Committee, and the state GOP to stop regions from counting the votes that are inaccurate.
The Supreme Court issued a 4-3 decision late on Monday afternoon, stating that the regions in problem” may cooperate with the previous decisions of this court in which we have clarified that mail-in and absentee ballots that fail to comply with the [dating needs ] SHALL NOT BE COUNTED” for the functions of the 2024 election.
Pennsylvania GOP Chair Lawrence Tabas stated to reporters on Monday that “elections need rules and they must be applied consistently.”
The court also reiterated on November 1 that no election law can be altered. Local election officials criticized by Justice P. Kevin Brobson for overstepping their authority by ignoring the Election Code, insisting that they must enforce the laws and not reinterpret them.

Tabas urged Gov. Josh Shapiro to push counties like Bucks, Philadelphia, Montgomery, and Centre to follow the law and disqualify undated ballots, as most counties have already done.
This is a huge victory for Senator-elect McCormick. It’s time for Casey to concede.
