Democratic officials are urging Utah State University to file a petition challenging a Mountain West Conference decision to allow female athletes to compete in children’s activities.
On Monday, Gov. State Senator Stuart Adams, condition representative Stuart Adams, and state House Speaker Mike Schultz delivered the joint declaration.
” Female athletes deserve the right to a healthy playing field, reasonable competitors and similar options”, they stated.

The College Fix contacted The University Media Relations office on Monday to inquire about the politicians ‘ declaration. The university media relations department did not respond right away.
The lawsuit, filed past week, accuses San Jose State officers and the athletic event of violating female athletes ‘ justice and free speech rights, Outkick reported.
