Ukraine claimed that it had attacked a military weapons storage in Bryansk in the middle of the night, but it did n’t specify what weapons it used. According to the Ukrainian General Staff, the area’s targeted place was the site of numerous explosions and detonations.
The Russian Defense Ministry claimed that the government had destroyed five Army Tactical Missile Systems, or ATACMS, and damaged another in a statement released by Russian media companies.
According to the government, the fragments fell on the grounds of an unnamed military service. The falling debris sparked a fire, but did n’t inflict any damage or casualties, it said.
Neither party’s claims may be independently verified.

According to a statement from ABC News, the Kremlin has “updated its nuclear weapons theory to help nuclear attacks in response to unusual ballistic missile assaults.”
On its standard Telegram page, the ministry reported that six “ballistic missiles” were fired by Ukrainian forces, five of which were defeated and the seventh broken. ” According to proved files, American-made ATACMS operational-tactical weapons were used”, it wrote.
” ATACMS fragments fell on the technological country of a military service in the Bryansk place, a blaze broke out, it was extinguished”, the department added.
The government claimed the attack soon after Dmitry Peskov, a spokesman for the Kremlin, claimed that the use of Western non-nuclear missiles by the Armed Forces of Ukraine against Russia could lead to a nuclear reaction.

The report also mentions that” Russia’s nuclear doctrine was changed several months ago, but Putin only signed it on Tuesday as Russian officials reacted to the U.S.’s choice to permit ATACMS employ on Russian place.”
