Hunter Biden, son of US President Joe Biden, set aside his looming federal sentences to enjoy a family outing at Disneyland in California last week. He was accompanied by his wife, Melissa Cohen Biden, and their young son, Beau Jr. The trio rode popular attractions such as Dumbo, Peter Pan’s Flight, and Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway at the Anaheim park.
Beau Jr donned colorful Mickey Mouse dress, adding a little trip flair to their day, while Melissa wore a Minnie Mouse hearing headband. The home appeared in excellent spirits despite current political losses for the Democratic Party, including vice chairman Kamala Harris ‘ unexpected election defeat.
The Overarching were joined by companions, a VIP trip link, and some Secret Service agents. They were also seen engaging in funnel cake and enjoying Disneyland’s Christmas festival, soaking up vacation praise before Hunter’s December court dates.
Hunter Biden will make his public look as he prepares to receive a sentence for tax evasion and ownership of a prohibited firearm. In September, he pleaded guilty to nine counts of tax evasion related to$ 1.4 million in unpaid fees between 2016 and 2019. Previously, he was convicted on three firearm-related charges stemming from improper possession while battling substance addiction. His sentencing is scheduled for December 4 ( gun case ) and December 16 ( tax evasion case ).
President Biden has emphasized his respect for the legal system by confirming this through White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre that he wo n’t pardon his son.
Last month, President-elect Donald Trump hinted at the possibility of pardoning Hunter if reelected, saying during an interview that he would n’t rule it out.
As social tensions mount, Hunter has voiced concerns about Trump’s probable return to power, accusing him of threatening politics.
