In special remarks to PJ Media, Article III Project founder and president Mike Davis emphasized how politically charged the entire situation was in the first place by pointing out that New York authorities ‘ postponement of Donald Trump’s punishment.

Davis, a Democratic legal analyst, has repeatedly called out the courts, Judge officers, and DAs involved in the numerous and different lawfare cases against Trump. Corrupt Judge Juan Merchan and Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg then acknowledged that Trump’s punishment in the case involving alleged “hush money” payments and data misrepresentation has been continuously delayed. Davis sees this as a victory for both Trump and all those who have consistently exposed the crooked law enforcement.
According to Davis,” The New York sentence was delayed shows that this event has always involved Democrat meddling and lawfare.” If the event were genuine, why stay delaying the sentencing?  ,
Davis continued,” This is not new, but the British government has seen what we have been proclaiming for years.” Democrats who brought these kinds of circumstances face monetary, legal, and social connotations because of their criminal misbehavior.

The punishment was actually postponed in September to occur after the vote, at the end of November, but now that Trump has won the 2024 election, the punishment was suddenly delayed. Trump was accused of alleged records misrepresentation, and of presumably paying “hush income” to porn star Stormy Daniels.

Even , if , Trump , had , ordered the quiet money,  , paying , calm money is not itself even improper — let alone a criminal. However,  , a letter , signed by Daniels, which she also admitted to signing ( though she faintly claimed “pressure” to do so ), “dated 2018, refutes any promises of an encounter between the two”. Michael Cohen, a lawyer, allegedly admitted to having taken income from Trump, including some that he allegedly paid to Stormy Daniels. And Bragg spun out , the papers falsification criminal, on which the statute of limitations had run out, into an outrageous 34 criminal matters.
This conflict would be utterly unethical if we did n’t live in a banana republic!

Every angle made it clear that the situation was biased toward political gain rather than to achieve goal justice. More Democrat vote tampering was used to deter people from supporting a” convicted murderer” man.

The Republicans must look into and hold all those responsible for the abuse of the United States ‘ justice system, including the Jan. 6 activists and pro-lifers, guilty. No American is protected if the justice program can be used and abused against someone with whom those in authority disagree, not as a political witch hunt.
