Prince Harry and nation singer Jelly Roll had a humorous moment while laughing about getting an” a**” scar on his lower back in a playful new Invictus Games discount. The film, shared on Instagram, shows the Duke of Sussex sitting in a tattoo head at East Side Ink tattoo factory in New York City, awaiting his “artist”.
Is he scheduled to arrive quickly? A team member assured him that the tattoo artist may occur right away when he inquired.
When Jelly Roll, whose true name is Jason Bradley DeFord, entered the room while wearing black gloves and greeted the prince enthusiastically, the tension was quickly broken. ” Hey, hey! Tattoos. Speaking of, what’s up, guy”? the country star said, adding that he was” like a fan” of Harry.
Jelly Roll expressed surprise when Prince Harry revealed that he wanted to get him his first tattoo, but he later admitted that he was n’t there to get one. Otherwise, he requested Jelly to assist in the promotion of the Invictus Games, which are scheduled for February 2025 in Vancouver.
Harry humorously added,” There’s no tattoo in this. I ca n’t get a tattoo”. Jelly Roll argued, however, that they could play a match for the Invictus Games if Harry permitted him to scar him. With that, Harry gave in, saying,” Aight, screw it. This go”.
When Jelly suggested getting the tattoo on Harry’s chest, the duke joked,” I was thinking like, my lower back or my a**”, adding,” That’s the place where no one’s going to see it”. After the song joked about being Jelly Roll, Jelly immediately left the room and jokingly tattooed” I am Jelly Roll” on Harry’s chest.
Jelly Roll’s performance at the Invictus Games ‘ closing ceremony on February 16, 2025 was announced in a concept that followed the picture.
Prince Harry, who founded the Invictus Games in 2014, has worked to create an international multi-sport occasion for wounded, injured, and ill soldiers and people. Harry spent more than an hour with his security staff at the tattoo studio in September, according to earlier studies.
