Music giant Sean” Puff” Combs, in new allegations of sexual assault, has been accused of raping a person at a 2022 Miami house party in US while speaking “dirty” and wearing a “disturbing teeth”.
The man, identified as” John Doe”, claims his drink was spiked at the occasion, leaving him unconscious and susceptible to the assault, according to a New York Post statement. According to the lawsuit, the victim experienced severe problems in his rectum when he was able to return to perception and discovered that some of his attire was missing.
The complaint further alleges that Combs stood behind the gentleman, dressed, and continued the rape while speaking “dirty” to him, wearing a “disturbing teeth”.
” Plaintiff heard Combs ‘ talk dirty’ to him and the others in the bedroom, recalling Combs telling him ‘]t ] his is what you want,’ all while wearing a disturbing smile”, the lawsuit states, as quoted by the New York Post.
The claimant claims that the drugs in his program prevented him from regaining consciousness. He claims that a Combs ‘ safety employee told him to leave the building the following day after handing him his clothes.
A person, known as” Jane Doe,” alleges she was sexually assaulted by Combs in a New York City limousine at the age of 18 in connection with this complaint. She claims that under pressure, Combs and his security team forced her to perform sexual functions on her.
” Brushes called the ladies epithets as he degradingly sprayed vodka all over them while they engaged in sexual activity against their trusts,” he said. Finally, Combs forced the Plaintiff to conduct oral sex on him, which she did”, the complaint states, as quoted by the New York Post.
Diddy faces charges of abduction, drugging, and coercing people into sexual works, allegedly involving weapon and threats of violence. In March, rules police raided his Los Angeles mansion, which had just hosted his day group, reportedly seizing products intended for occasions described as “freak-offs”, including pharmaceuticals and more than 1, 000 jars of baby oil. Combs has entered a not-guilty plea and denied all of the claims.
