A Florida resident charged with drowning her girl, 14, in a shower reportedly by a woman in the state of Florida.
The incident occurred on November 20 in Poinciana, a census-designated area in Florida. The suspect has been identified as 35-year-old Kelsey Glover, and the prey as Giselle.
On the day of the event, Osceola County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a 911 call reporting a commotion at a house in Poinciana, according to a New York Post record. Deputies confronted Glover when they arrived and had to literally destroy her.
Glover was found holding her child underground in a bathtub by another witness, along with another child and a companion, according to the scene’s witnesses. Eventually, an upstairs bathroom discovered the teenager indifferent.
” They tried to stop her but were not effective. Finally, Ms. Glover began attacking and chasing these testimonies around the house with a nail, which led them to even contact 911″, said Osceola County Sheriff Marcos Lopez, as quoted by New York Post.
Giselle was transported to a nearby hospital, where she was pronounced deceased.
” What happened to her is unimaginable, and we are determined to get justice for Giselle”, Lopez said.
Glover is now facing cell and aggravated assault charges. The investigation is ongoing.
Judge Lopez noted that police are awaiting a statement from the health assessor to determine the girl’s cause of death before moving forward with the charges.
