Planned Parenthood has been providing “viable nonanomalous” babies murdered in “elective abortions” to the University of California San Diego (UCSD ) for experimentation, according to a new report.
The emails, which were published by The Center for Medical Progress ( CMP), include a” Research Plan” that records the body-sculpting of babies. The UCSD Institutional Review Board ( IRB ) received the plan in 2018 and approved it. The team obtained the heavily redacted communications through an open data request.
Researchers ‘ ideas were disclosed in their distribution to” collect organs from fetuses ranging from 4 to 23 weeks gestational period from subjects undergoing elective medical pregnancy termination at Planned Parenthood in San Diego,” according to records provided by CMP. Additionally, the researchers noted that individuals with “viable nonanomalous… fetuses” may participate in the research.
The proposed plan states that Planned Parenthood will soon collect “evidence of maternal heart activity by ultrasonography immediately prior to the constriction and evacuation procedure.” The abortion company aimed to yield children from “up to 2, 500 individuals”, according to the plan.
The “majority of good infants born at 23 days may live with contemporary medical care,” according to CMP.
One 2018 email from the investigative nonprofit revealed Planned Parenthood’s excessive use of misoprostol ( Cytotec) on patients hours before the bodies of the viable babies were harvested for their body parts. According to CMP, the medication is generally “used in substance abortions to force-start work contractions”.
An unidentified person who was working on the study wrote in an partially redacted 2018 email regarding the Research Plan that” [a ] ny sample larger than 12.5w]eeks ] requires the use of a dilating medication which is given to the patients 3 hours prior to their procedure ( these are known as” cyto” patients ).”
According to CMP,” Some studies show that a 50 microgram injection of misoprostol induces work by 4 hours in the majority of cases,” while Planned Parenthood’s “national guidelines advise 400 to 800 micrograms before late-term so-called “diall and removal” abortions ( 8 to 16 times as many ) and demand clinics not to let patients keep the office after taking the drugs.

According to CMP Founder and President David Daleiden,” Planned Parenthood’s use of heavy doses of a labor contraction drug to dilate pregnant women targeted for a viable fetus harvesting project means these are likely not standard “dismemberment” abortions, but rather intact partial-birth abortions or full delivery of live preemies.”
More alarming findings were revealed by the open records request, including Planned Parenthood’s apparent racial discrimination.
As noted by CMP, the English-language , consent forms provided by the abortion provider to pregnant women “include 15 bullet-pointed disclosures, the thirteenth of which states: ‘ I understand that the donated blood, tissue, or their derivatives may have significant therapeutic or commercial value. I consent to such uses.'” The latter disclosure regarding” commercial value”, however, is not included in the Spanish-language forms.
” The documents show UCSD’s IRB approved the racially-disparate translations in at least four consecutive years, from 2017 to 2020″, CMP reported.
