Kanye West has been sued for allegedly sexually assaulting, gagging a model during a 2010 music video shoot by model Jenifer An, who was a contestant in ‘America’s Next Top Model’. The shoot reportedly took place around September 7, 2010, at the Chelsea Hotel in New York City. The model alleged in the lawsuit that Kanye West had models, including her, line up in a hallway and said in regards to herm “Give me the Asian girl” which made her feel uncomfortable, Page Six reported.
The model claimed that she only wore clothing at the time and that she had told West that she was n’t wearing a lot at the time. West responded,” That’s why I chose you.” Then they moved to a sofa with a camera in its face.
Kanye West “wrapped his other hands around her chest and continued to kill her with both hands,” according to the video. West smeared her beauty onto her face while holding his hands in her. The issue further alleged that “he then rammed many hands down her throat, repeatedly moved them in and out, and gagged her… to mimic forced oral sex.”

Kanye West has yet to respond to the complaint.
The concept, through the petition, seeks an unknown amount of damages, and per the problem, believed West violated New York federal regulations for strangling in the second degree, biologically motivated criminal and abuse. She said she coped with stress, felt exceedingly humiliated, degraded, victimized, ashamed and physically distressed.
