On Thanksgiving Day at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, Sean Diddy will have to be satisfied with simple corn chips and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. The court rejected Diddy’s request to have him home arrested in his personal Star Island, Florida, and his team has since made a second give to have him arrested in his three-bedroom Upper East Side apartment with security guards.

Diddy’s team suggested that he would not be able to contact the attorneys and receive more stringent home visits than he currently has in prison.

Diddy was arrested on September 16 on claims of sexual trafficking, sex criminal, and transportation for wedding in adultery– all charges that he denied. In May 2026, he will go on test.
Diddy was initially denied parole after he guaranteed his and his family’s homes in Miami– worthwhile$ 50 million as security. He also lost the next loan appeal.
His attorneys stated that Diddy fully intends to face the charges in his next loan. His motivations are not materially altered by a faith because his status has already been damaged by the government’s allegations and false media tactics; it can only be rebuilt by winning the trial.
The disgraced roll mogul is facing additional charges of murder, and the authorities claim Diddy has been trying to sway the inquiries into the jail by contacting his family and others.
